Product quality is the core of brand value and determines the sustainability of enterprise development.In the petrochemical industry with high risk factor,strong professionalism and high formula accuracy in the manufacturing industry,due to its complex production process,strict process conditions and highly automated and continuous production mode,its product quality is greatly affected by environmental factors such as temperature and humidity,and its human control ability is weak.The uncontrollability of product quality greatly increases the production cost and external cost of quality.Therefore,it is of great significance to explore and control the best production environment with the help of big data and intelligent technology to resolve the quality risk and control the quality cost of enterprises in this industry.Taking Baling Petrochemical as the object,based on reviewing the relevant theories of internal control of product quality,relevant tools of quality control,big data technology and architecture,this paper expounds and analyzes the current situation of product quality objectives and control links in the production process of Baling Petrochemical.It is found that there are no strict raw material procurement standards,it is difficult to obtain quality information in the production process in real time,and there is a lack of intelligent control means in the production process The problems of insufficient intelligent monitoring and analysis of production data and the inability of automatic collection and analysis of inventory data,and explore the causes of the problems from the perspective of responsibility level and employee incentive.In view of the problems found,this paper analyzes the inevitability and feasibility of Baling Petrochemical to improve its internal control of product quality based on big data,and puts forward improvement measures corresponding to the problems: improve the implementation of supplier access and raw material quality standards,strengthen internal information exchange and communication in the production process,improve the technical support ability of production intelligent monitoring and analysis,and realize the automatic collection and analysis of product warehousing and logistics data.Finally,it analyzes the expected effect of the improvement measures of internal control of product quality,starting from the effect of risk management and quality cost control,and selects five indicators to quantitatively predict the effect of internal control of product quality,so as to verify the effectiveness of the improvement measures of internal control of product quality,and put forward guarantee measures.This paper has the following three contributions to the research on the improvement of internal control of Baling Petrochemical product quality:first,it provides a scientific and effective internal control mode of product quality for other enterprises in the industry,especially private petrochemical enterprises.The second is to supplement the economic benefits of internal control of product quality,so that enterprises can have a more comprehensive evaluation of their own operating efficiency and financial results.Third,use big data related tools to improve the efficiency of internal control of product quality,so that enterprises can allocate resources more reasonably,and also provide new ideas for the smooth realization of product quality objectives.
