A Study On The Quality Management And Control Of The Petrochemical Enterprises

The petrochemical enterprises in our country are facing a severe competitioncircumstance after China join to WTO. How to improve quality management andproduct 'squality level is an important problem which relate to the development andexistence of petrochemical enterprises . Applying total quality control theory andscience management technology,combined with the production condition , thequality management and control of the petrochemical enterprises is researchedsystemically and deeply in this article.In chapter One,the general situation of our country's petro chemical enterprisesand problem that is faced with have been introduced. At the same time,this paperintroduce that improving quality management is important to petro chemicalenterprises. In Chapter Two, the effect of statistical process control in petrochemicalenterprisesand how to put into effect the statistical process control isstudied .Fatherly ,the courseof appling the control chart in the petro chemicalenterprises is established. In Chapter Three,the importance of quality improvement tothe petro chemical enterprises is analysed.This paper studies theory and technologyof quality improvement in petrochemical enterprises . The choosing decision makingmodels based on AHP method are founded too. In Chapter Four, the qualitymanagement organisation model and the quality control group activity ofpetrochemical enterprises are analysed. The measure to improve quality control groupactivity is put forward.At last, this paper introduce the general situation of Huabeipetrochemical corporation.. The applications of statistical process control and qualityimprovement in the Huabei petrochemical corporation are studied .This article alsoput forward the measures to improve the quality control group activity.
