China’s securities industry is now in a critical period of accelerated development,integration and transformation.Founder Securities Co.,Ltd.(hereinafter referred to as Founder Securities)has focused on the layout of traditional brokerage business in recent years and occupied a leading position in the market.At the same time,the rapid development of the financial industry has put forward new requirements for the strategic development of Founder Securities,and also put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive ability of the company’s talents.This paper takes Founder Securities Financial Manager as the research object to study the optimization of its training management.Founder Securities Financial Manager is mainly engaged in the company’s brokerage business,and its business income accounts for two-thirds of the company’s main income.It is an important human resource for the company’s business development.However,with the rapid development and transformation of the domestic securities market in recent years,its original training model has been unable to meet the needs of the company’s strategic transformation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the optimization of Founder Securities Financial manager training management.In terms of practical significance,Founder Securities wants to stabilize its market position in the wave of industry wealth management transformation and promote its business scale to be in line with the industry leader.The post competence of financial manager determines the core competitiveness of the enterprise;From a theoretical point of view,the research on the optimization of financial manager training management is the localization application of western human capital theory and incentive theory in China.Under the background of paying more attention to individual development orientation in the west,the localization application of these theories is more from the talent characteristics and characteristics of financial managers,which has more reference significance.Based on the perspective of talent training,the author starts with the "3W principle",determines the main research direction of this paper according to the characteristics of strong business timeliness and business practice in the post competence of financial managers,and analyzes the training needs in the current financial manager training management through external organization research,internal personnel interview and questionnaire survey There are many problems in the construction of training contents and the design of training methods,mainly including ignoring the demand analysis of personnel at all levels of the company,lack of pertinence of training contents,imperfect curriculum content system,single and rigid training methods,dull and boring teaching methods,etc.On this basis,combined with the needs of the company’s strategic development,the author established the post quality requirements model of financial manager,formulated a series of optimization schemes for the three aspects,enriched the demand information acquisition channels in terms of training demand,built a circular demand analysis and evaluation model,and built a pyramid layered training path in terms of training content construction Build a perfect curriculum content system,enrich diversified training methods and create innovative teaching methods in the design of training methods.Finally,the paper formulates the guarantee measures for the implementation of the optimization scheme from three aspects: organizational guarantee,institutional guarantee and soft and hard guarantee.This paper studies the optimization of Founder Securities Financial manager training management,which has important guiding significance for the talent training in the process of strategic transformation and development of the company.At the same time,it has certain reference value for other securities companies to stabilize their market position and accelerate business development in response to the storm of wealth management transformation.
