Abstract/Summary:
DS company is a wholly owned subsidiary of a state-owned company,mainly engaged in e-commerce business.This paper mainly studies the competency model and personnel training of marketing post in DS company.The purpose is to analyze the current situation of Posts and personnel,analyze the status quo and existing problems of posts,optimize and update the job description,and build the competency model of marketing post.In the process of the company’s growing,there is a big difference in the ability of employees in the same position,Some employees have no idea about their job responsibilities,the boundaries between this position and other positions are not clear.In this paper,DS company marketing staff as the research object,first of all,DS company marketing job description optimization.Through literature search,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview,data were collected.Through the collection and arrangement of existing domestic and foreign research results and interviews with the competent staff,the paper combs the specific competency problems of marketing promotion post.By means of questionnaire,the selected competency factors were matched with the positions,Through the analysis,we get the competency model of DS company’s marketing post.It can be divided into knowledge,skill and attitude,and 23 secondary indicators.During the investigation,several characteristics of this post were reflected,men are more than women,the average age is about 30 years old,from the education level are undergraduate and above,the overall education level is above medium.First of all,the training objects are screened to identify the employees who have been working in their posts while keeping the entrance of personnel recruitment.Secondly,we should combine long-term training with short-term training,and combine theoretical training with practical training.Finally,the training effect is regularly tracked,and the training strategy is constantly adjusted in order to achieve better allocation of human resources.
