A Research On Theory And Practice Of CPC’s Opening Up

China’s opening to the outside world is a great feat in which socialist country takes the initiative to open our door to the world,actively construct Marxist world history and involve ourselves into labor’s division.Opening up is an inevitable choice for the CPC to fulfill its original thought.When the Communist Party of China was founded,it was deeply aware of the weakness of China’s national power at that time and determined to change this situation.As a representative of China’s advanced elements who have the courage to open their eyes to the world and seek truth from it,the Communist Party of China has a deep understanding that seclusion is bound to be backward and openness to be progressive.Not only local governing time before foundation of new China,but also full-scale government time,accompanying with the blockade and siege of Kuomintang or other countries,Communist Party always tries its best to seek for foreign assistance to develop ourselves.After 1949,for enhancing China’s social productivity in a shorter time,the Communist Party of China made relevant foreign policies and actively utilized foreign capital and developed foreign trade.However,due to the long-term economic and technological blockade imposed on China by western capitalist countries led by the United States,meanwhile many socialist countries’ hostilities,the overall progress of China’s opening-up has not got enough progress in nearly 30 years.After 1978,China made significant progress and started to reform and opening up,because of the comparable low level of social productivity and the poor consumption level,China obviously is in a very weak position.China mainly implements the strategy of "two ends outside,large entry and large exit".Starting from the low-end of the industrial chain,China imports industrial raw materials,advanced technology and industrial equipment from abroad,carries out labor-intensive processing at home,and then exports low-cost,low-price simple products abroad.Although this model of opening-up is not balanced and comprehensive,it has also played a positive role in developing the economy and improving people’s living standards.With the improvement of China’s science and technology,there are lots of advanced products have been invented,China’s position in the international division of labor has gradually improved,and the opening-up strategy has begun to transform to "perfect import and perfect export".For a long time,western developed capitalist countries have made developing countries as their primary raw material suppliers,dumping sites of industrial products and "garbage collection stations" by virtue of their advantageous position in international division of labor.The transformation and upgrading of China’s opening-up strategy inevitably requires the change of the unfair and unreasonable old order.We need to set a novel mechanism for labor’s division for more reasonable.At the same time,we must be ready for the more severe international conflicts and frictions than before.China must face the challenges and continue to expand its opening-up.Xi Jinping has taken a deeper insight and thought carefully about the situation.It has made great efforts to jointly advance the Belt and Road Initiative and build a new development pattern,rationally handled relations between China,the United States,The European Union,And Japan,and actively participated in cooperation under such mechanisms as the United Nations,G20,APEC,and BRICS.The opening up will continue in wider scope and greater level.and try to build an network with the feature of mutual interest,harmonious balance.Since the 18th CPC National Congress,the CPC has assessed the situation,taken a long-term view,carried forward the historic initiative,actively responded to challenges and seized historic opportunities,and actively built an open economy,bringing opening-up to a higher standard and deeper level.China has creatively proposed the Belt and Road Initiative and advocated the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.It has also handled the relations with the other countries in a rational manner.It has actively participated in and guided the establishment of new mechanisms for international economic cooperation such as the RCEP,and actively promoted the further development of economic globalization.This paper will start from the three dimensions of theory,history and reality,and discuss in detail.From a theoretical perspective,opening-up is the only way for the CPC to fulfill its original aspiration,lead people to achieve common prosperity.Be firm determination to opening to the outside world,against a severe contraction error in opening to the outside world,the first thing to return to Marx for answers,and then draw Lenin in Russia socialist construction period of opening to the outside world,and condenses the collective wisdom of generations of leaders of the communist party of China,the policy is an indicator for our action.From historical dimension,CPC led the people to do practice in the use of foreign capital in various periods,the exploration practice of foreign trade and opening to the outside world,China gradually into the world market,improve the position in the international division of labor system in our country,leading the Chinese national rejuvenation,the country rich and powerful.From practical perspective,China has successfully finished middle prosperous society and start new journey despite encountering major challenges in opening up in the new era with China-Us trade frictions.Through full acknowledge and proper handling inverse-globalization and globalization,unilateralism and multilateralism,opening and self-reliance,high quality development,national security and common prosperity,our country will be under the complicated international situation constantly win strategic initiative,try our best for a better world.
