| With national policy support and daily advanced technology,Chinese consumer electronics OEM companies gained enormous developments along with rapid domestic economic growth.However,changing factors like Chinese economic transformation is pushing forwards,demographic dividend of China is wearing off and land costs are rising rapidly,etc.Are also opposing great challenges in sustaining development of Chinese consumer electronics OEM companies.How to solve these problems is becoming a hot topic for OEM company’s operational management.The publishment of "Made in China 2025" and the fast progress of internet and information technology brings new opportunities for development and choices.But domestic research on OEM companies is limited.Chinese OEM factories can not make through operational difficulties only with the help of internet and information technology and "Made in China 2025" strategies.Company managers need more theoretical instructions.Based on the particularity of consumer electronics business,this thesis will study consumer electronics OEM companies how to deal with operational management difficulties in current background.Taking L company,which is a representative consumer electronics OEM company,as research example,this thesis will study deeply the operational management problems of L company with methods of questionnaire,quantitative and qualitative analysis.With instructions of basic theories such as knowledge management,dissipative structure,process reengineering,etc.An Intelligent management platform for new factory business processes is built,and solutions for knowledge management system,organisation structure optimisation and work flow optimisation are also generated.Thereafter,effective data is drawn from intelligent management platform for new factory business processes and compared and analysed with quantitative methods.The result shows that:(1)production yield improved from 94.5% to 99%;(2)direct labour allocation decreased by 38%;(3)indirect labour allocation decreased by80%;(4)production cost dropped 5%.The solutions for operational management problems for consumer electronics OEM companies raised in this thesis from knowledge management and business process perspectives,provide reference for Chinese consumer electronics OEM companies to solve operational management problems in current background. |
