Research On Procurement Process Optimization Of Original Equipment Manufacture Based On Intelligent Manufacturing

Because of the deepening degree of the enterprise internationalization,the continuously expanding size of OEM enterprises,and gradually fading advantage of the labor cost.Nowadays,in order to gain higher profit,we can not only lower the cost of production and technics,but also lower the that of purchasing chain.From OEM business itself,brand suppliers and supplier management are directly related to the level of efficiency in procurement.OEM business development cannot rely solely on labor cost advantage,we should rely more on science,technology and intelligence to achieve the brand's internationalization.Earlier in the relevant tutor's foundry process optimization research,I had the opportunity to be responsible for the procurement chain,so this paper will be based on this research.Firstly this article discusses the background and significance of this paper,a review of the relevant literature,and deeply analyses critical control points.In addition,it describes the development trend of OEM enterprises.It also analyses the existing problems and raw materials characteristics of OEM business procurement.Secondly,taking T as an example,it builds the overall optimization framework and principles of procurement process based data management.And then,it analyses T's existing procurement process from both the organizational structure and processes,pointing out some downsides existing in the procurement,such as inadequate intelligent procurement,imperfect sharing platform and so on.Finally,it determines the dimensions and weight of supplier options,so that it can improve the level of suppliers meanwhile accomplishing the classification.It optimizes the detail flow of supplier management with the characteristic of T,proposing the vision that the T Company implements new processes,comparing the effectives of the new processes and old ones.Finally,due to further expansion of process optimization,it provides some suggestions of OEM enterprises' management.
