| In the context of global sustainable development, combined with geographical indications as an intellectual property type,a regional sustainability model of SDGs integrating geographical indications in China was established.Based on the analysis of geographical indications,SDGs and regional sustainable development, this study explores the development status and distribution characteristics of geographical indications protected products in China.Using the analysis method combining sustainable development theory, geographical indication theory and qualitative and quantitative, the SDGs China regional sustainable development model integrating geographical indications was constructed after the selection of indicators by expert scoring method, and the entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy method were used to measure the changes in the regional sustainable development level of Chinese mainland provinces before and after joining the geographical indication system, and then put forward suggestions for improving the level of regional sustainable development from the aspects of society, ecological environment, economy and geographical indications. The main findings and conclusions are as follows:(1)The index system is divided into four subsystems: sustainable social development, sustainable development of ecological environment, sustainable economic development and sustainable development of geographical indications, including education, social security, medical security, scientific innovation, public facilities, ecological protection, environmental governance, disaster prevention, national economic development, innovation drive, trade and investment, and geographical indications, with a total of 42 evaluation indicators in 12 aspects. After two rounds of questionnaires, the index selection and weight assignment were determined, and the results showed that the evaluation model based on entropy weight method and analytic hierarchy method was scientifically credible.(2)After adding the GI subsystem,it is found that the results of the two algorithms are similar, and the provinces with high development of GIs,large output value and many types of GIs will be correspondingly improved, such as Shandong from 6th to 4th,and Heilongjiang Province from the middle and lower reaches to a higher level.(3)Under the influence of 4 evaluation systems and 42 evaluation indicators to different degrees, there is still a big gap in the level of sustainable development of each province, and the development level can be divided into high level, high level, medium level, low level and four levels from high to low.On the whole, the level of sustainable development in China is that of the eastern region> the central region> the northeast region > the western region.Comparing the distribution map of geographical indications,it is found that the distribution of regional sustainable development level in China is similar to the spatial distribution characteristics of geographical indication protection products,"agglomeration in the east, concentration in the central part, and scattered in the northeast and west",that is,the province with a larger nuclear density value has a relatively higher level of regional sustainable development. From the side, the mutual influence of regional sustainable development and the sustainable development of geographical indications is demonstrated.(4)The evaluation process and results verify the logic of the structural thinking of the SDGs China regional sustainable development model integrating geographical indications, the operability of the evaluation process, and the rationality and application of the evaluation results. The establishment of this evaluation system gives new ideas to the regional sustainable development evaluation of countries around the world, helps to achieve the combination of SDGs and geographical indications in various countries around the world, helps government organizations better implement the sustainable development goals, and better promotes the sustainable development of countries around the world. |
