| With the development of the fifth generation of mobile communication(5G),big data,cloud computing,internet of things and other technologies,the tourism industry began to enter a new era of informatization and intelligent development,smart tourism has emerged at the right moment.Smart tourism aims to provide tourists with high-quality,high-satisfaction personalized services.Smart tourism is the future development trend of tourism and the main way to achieve high-quality tourism development.In order to comply with the requirements of informatization development and promote the sustainable development of scenic spots,scenic spots have gradually begun the process of smart construction.Tourists are the subject of tourism activities,the most important experiencers of scenic area smart projects,and the core objects of smart scenic area services.Their demand,perception and satisfaction for the smart construction of scenic areas will provide important references for the construction of scenic area smart projects.From the perspective of tourist perception,this paper summarizes the relevant literature of tourist perception in the construction of smart scenic areas,and combines the construction status of Longhu Mountain smart scenic area to build an evaluation index system for the importance and satisfaction of smart scenic area construction based on tourist perception.According to expert consultation,interviews with scenic area managers,exchanges with tour guide and other forms to revise the indicators,20 specific indicators are determined at five levels,including infrastructure,smart management,smart service,smart marketing,and new technology application,then presented in the questionnaire in the order of before,during and after the tour.Then,based on the results of the questionnaire,evaluate the importance and satisfaction of the various indicators of the construction of the Longhu Mountain scenic area.IPA method was used to make four quadrants,and 20 indicators were classified into areas of maintain,over-supply,slow improvement and focus improvement.Finally,starting from the actual construction of Longhu Mountain,combined with the results of the IPA analysis,five optimization measures are proposed,including improving the infrastructure construction of scenic areas,strengthening tourists interacting,increasing the publicity of smart tourism projects,innovating marketing methods,and cultivating a team of intelligent talents. |
