AstheVarityandcomplexityofplanninginChina,theoverlap,contradictions,conflicts and division constraints is particularly prominent.Currently in the context of the coordinated development of both the urban and rural,ourstate has actively promoted the work of"multi-planning integration"and improved the space planning and management system.Followed,there's a lot of research that has been done,containing theoretical cognition,technical support,internal conflict mechanism,and practical applications,but there are fewer studies on landscapes,and they can't be directed at actual work.Based on relevant literature review and field investigation,This paper adopted Longhu Mountain scenic area as the research area and the objective is to optimize the of land use spatial distribution in the Longhushan Scenic Area,from the following four aspects which contains the causes of multiple regulations,land applicability evaluation,the establishment of a land multi-objective planning model and the spatial distribution of land use,and the following were the main conclusions:(1)The causes of multi-paradoxions in the Longhushan Scenic Area are divided into four levels:the first level is the conflict caused by the management procedures of the relevant planning authorities;The second level is the technical endogenous conflict caused by the planning cycle,technical standard and software platform;The third level is the overlapping conflicts caused by fuzzy functional boundary;The fourth level is the conflict of interest orientation caused by different demands of the planning department.(2)According to the land suitability evaluation,the area of the first-class land of suitable for cultivation in Longhushan scenic spot is 3028.32hm~2,the second-class land area of suitable for cultivation is 6254.46hm~2,the third-class land area of??suitable for cultivation is 2720.88hm~2,and the area of unsuitable for cultivation land is11019.06hm~2;The first-class land area of suitable for garden is 6606.99hm~2,the second-class land area of suitable for garden is 9222.39hm~2,the third-class land area of suitable for garden is 4671.99hm~2,and the area of unsuitable for garden land is2521.35hm~2;The first-class land area of suitable for forests is 2824.11hm~2,the second-class land area of suitable for forests is 6116.67hm~2,the third-class land area of suitable for forests is 13319.73hm~2,and the area of unsuitable for forests land is762.21hm~2.The area of the first-class land of suitable for construction is7328.52hm~2,the second-class land area of suitable for construction is 9540.99hm~2,t the third-class land area of suitable for construction is 4640.58hm~2,and the area ofunsuitable for construction is 1512.63hm~2.(3)After multi-objective linear programming model calculation,the economic benefit corresponding to the optimized plan is 198,407,900 yuan and the ecological benefit is3,246,496,600 yuan.Compared with the current land use situation in 2016,the economic benefits and ecological benefits have increased by 5.36%and 2.24%respectively;Compared with the current land use planning,the economic benefit was reduced by2.72%and the ecological benefit was increased by 3.33%.(4)Based on the results of land-use optimization,the culitivated lang in the northern part of the scenic spot,the Longhushan Town Reception Center and around the Shangqing Town reception center should be called out of the area of 1026.29 hm~2 based on the current status of 2016,and the scattered cultivated land in the north of the scenic spot should be called into of the area of 485.23 hm~2;The new layout of construction land such as new tourist facilities for construction sites should be called in of the area of152.93 hm~2;These unable to form scale and scattered gardens should be called out of the area of 405.36 hm~2.These gardens which located around the main line of traffic and will be connected with the current site to form a scale should be called in of the area of725.88 hm~2;The forest land that was more suitable for other land use methods should be called out of the area of 1027.79 hm~2,and the land which is unsuitable for culitivated land,garden land,and sightseeing facilities land should be called in of the area of1,227.22 hm~2.
