Today,high-speed developing of social economy,and technology are changing the world,most of the company’s products and services,especially those in the manufacturing sector,have entered a relatively low profit stage,strengthening the cost performance of relevant products,driving the continuous improvement of competitiveness,and transforming them into the core goal of the operation process.In addition,users’ needs are increasingly diversified,and the traditional company business model is difficult to adapt to the modern development needs in the increasingly fierce competition.The development of customer-oriented supply chain management mechanism has become the top priority of enterprises in the new era.Since the late of last one hundred years,the social economy is fast changing with a new direction of regional conformity,and the whole competition system is becoming increasingly white hot.,In the process of entering the market competition,the company attaches great importance to the selection of excellent suppliers.Manufacturing suppliers have a big impact.How to select suppliers and get excellent supply support,especially for passive components,how to select reasonable suppliers is very critical.How to choose suppliers and get high-quality and stable raw material supply support is very important,especially for passive component manufacturing enterprises,how to choose raw material suppliers scientifically.Therefore,in the analysis of the thesis D company is taken as the main analysis object,and the actual situation and problems of supplier management of D company are comprehensively studied.On this basis,the selection and evaluation work are carried out with the help of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and finally the corresponding scheme is proposed,which has significant reference value for the selection and optimization of suppliers in the whole industry.In the process of project design,the supplier management of D company is taken as the main analysis object.,first around the analysis of the situation of supplier management to conduct a comprehensive discussion,and the supply chain,supplier management and related theories are comprehensively studied to lay the foundation for the analysis of the thesis Then,it analyzes the actual situation of D company’s supplier selection management studied in the thesis focusing on the comprehensive research of focusing on information management,assessment and selection,performance evaluation,etc.,and concludes that there are some problems in the company’s supplier management system,such as ignoring the management of suppliers,the method,a lack of targeted selection evaluation mechanism and the performance management system needs to be improved;Third,research around selection evaluation,determine the evaluation method and evaluation index weight based on the in-depth study of influencing factors,and use the research results to evaluate the suppliers of company D,find problems,and put forward optimization plans;Third,based on the above analysis,combined with the three levels of optimization objectives,promotion and guarantee,the corresponding strategies and measures are designed to carry out more efficient management,with the help of this method to reduce the company’s costs,improve product quality,enhance the level of comprehensive satisfaction,and enhance the company’s core competitiveness.
