Entering the 21 st century,with the development of supply chain management theory and practice,the modern enterprise competition has already separated from the traditional competition between enterprises monomer,and has gradually evolved into the competitions throughout the enterprise supply chain.Supplier has an essential role in the process of enterprise supply chain management for the reason that it is the "Headstream" of the enterprise supply chain.It is the key problem in the process of development of electronics manufacturing enterprises about the enterprise how to choose the suitable supplier and how to constitute the mid-long-term stable strategic cooperative relationship.This thesis researches on the index system of supplier selection and evaluation of Chinese electronic manufacturing enterprises in the current "Meager Profit" status of electronic manufacturing companies.Through the methodologies and tools of literature review,case analysis,descriptive study method,management by objective,key performance indicator and incentive theory,It is studied the supplier selection and evaluation of K Company.The main research content of this thesis has the following aspects: firstly,it is generally analyzed the problems of supplier selection and evaluation.Secondly,it is analyzed the numerous subdivided indicators to reflect the comprehensive situation of electronic manufacturing enterprises suppliers.Thirdly,it is analyzed and discussed the actual applied condition of new build model for supplier selection and evaluation from the actual survey data.The following conclusions are achieved through the research of electronic manufacturing enterprise supplier selection and evaluation: firstly,enterprises and suppliers should be focus on the middle of the total profit.Secondly,the enterprise should implement the philosophy of supply chain management to choose good qualified suppliers,then to form a mid-and-long term partnership.Thirdly,the selection and evaluation of suppliers need to adapt to the company's industry characteristic and actual situation to determine the methods of selection and evaluation of suppliers according to different electronic manufacturing enterprises.The innovation points of the thesis have the following aspects: firstly,it explores the supplier selection evaluation basis on electronic manufacturing enterprise,and gives the applicable method of supplier selection evaluation.Secondly,it constructs the applicable index system to the selection evaluation of electronic manufacturing enterprise supplier though in-depth analysis of characteristics of electronic manufacturing enterprises.Thirdly,it increases the credibility of evaluation results through the practical application of K Company validation.The thesis has important practical significance to optimize enterprise's overall supply chain and to improve the market competitiveness of electronic manufacturing enterprises by adopting case study research method for the supplier evaluation and selection of electronic manufacturing enterprises.
