In recent years,as the Chinese social economy develops rapidly,many new sugar-free national brands,represented by Genki Forest,have risen rapidly,setting off a boom in sugar-free beverages.Along with the booming development of the sugar-free beverage industry,more and more domestic and foreign beverage companies have started to develop sugar-free beverages.Given the high degree of homogeneity and close competition between sugar-free brands,in order to position themselves in the market and achieve long-term growth and success,enterprises must develop long-term goals and development strategies that suit themselves.Firstly,according to the current situation of domestic and international research,the theories related to the development strategy of enterprises and the development strategy of beverage enterprises are sorted out;secondly,an overview of Genki Forest(Beijing)Food Technology Group Co.,Ltd is provided,including a brief introduction of the company,the current business content of several major products of the company,the organizational structure of the company,and a comparison with the industry developments in the production and sales of sugar-free beverages,etc,It analyses the current development situation and the challenges the company is facing and the reasons that have led to these challenges in its development;again,by analyzing the external environment and industrial environment of Genki Forest(Beijing)Food Technology Group Co.,Ltd,using PEST analysis and Potter’s five forces model,this paper identifies the main factors affecting the development of Genki Forest(Beijing)Food Technology Group Co.,Ltd.It analyses the company’s existing internal resources to identify the key elements of the company and to identify the company’s strengths and weaknesses;then,using the SWOT analysis method,the company’s opportunities,threats,strengths,and weaknesses are analyzed in detail,and a suitable strategy for the development of Genki Forest(Beijing)Food Technology Group Co.,Ltd.is summarized;finally,it concludes that Genki Forest(Beijing)Food Technology Group Co.,Ltd.needs to diversify its product range,market,technology and production chain to maximise economic benefits.In order to ensure the effective implementation and execution of the strategy of Genki Forest(Beijing)Food Technology Group Co.,Ltd,this paper discusses five aspects of measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy,ranging from optimising the organisational structure,training talents,improving the effective incentive system,technical capacity and improving financial management,and monitoring and evaluating the various stages of strategy preparation,implementation,execution and adjustment to ensure the effective implementation and execution of the strategy,there by promoting the development of Genki Forest(Beijing)Food Technology Group Co.,Ltd.
