The Impact Of Competition Partner Knowledge Diversity On Firm Innovation Performance

At present,the development of science and technology is accelerating innovation has become more and more important for companies to maintain themself growing up.In order to innovate,companies need to acquire knowledge,which they can continuously fill in order to improve their innovative performance.In this new situation,companies can no longer use their own knowledge resources for innovation to meet their own development needs,but must learn and cooperate with external companies,especially those in competitive markets,and continuously making their own innovation level strong by obtain knowledge related to their own enterprise This process and capability can promote enterprises to innovate.even if they are not aware of the complexity and diversity of external heterogeneous knowledge.Nowadays,Most of the current studies investigate the impact of firm and degree of diversity of enterprise team knowledge,and there are few studies can make evidence of the absorptive capacity’s regulating effect of enterprises.Moreover,most of the current studies use knowledge diversity as an independent variable in mediating firms,while it is unclear whether and how it is used as a mediator in the link between knowledge diversity and innovation performance.In addition,most of today’s research takes knowledge diversity as the intermediary of research,however,it is still unclear whether it has a regulatory effect between the level of knowledge diversity and the level of innovation ability.Therefore,this paper focuses on the regulatory effect of the absorptive capacity of enterprises,and observes the relationship between the diversified knowledge of competitive enterprises and their innovation ability from this perspective.On this basis,this study proposes an enterprise absorptive capacity model based on four dimensions: knowledge acquisition,absorption,transformation and utilization.This impact was discussed.On the basis of theoretical analysis,this paper constructs a theoretical model reflecting the relationship between the three variables.The independent variable is the knowledge diversity of enterprise competition and cooperation partners,the dependent variable is enterprise innovation performance,and the adjusting independent variable is enterprise absorptive capacity.IIn order to the rationality and science of this study,the questionnaire survey method is used to obtain the sample data required by the research.Finally,the data are analyzed scientifically through the data analysis softwareThe results show that Enterprise knowledge diversity has an effect on innovation ability.knowledge diversity it can promote the improvement of enterprise innovation ability.Promotion of enterprise innovation abilities not only related to the diversification of external knowledge,but also related to the absorptive capacity of enterprises themselves.Among them,the regulation effect of acquisition,transformation and application ability is more significant.For enterprise managers,They can improve the innovation ability of enterprises by absorbing external knowledge.
