Research On Competitive Advantage Of Private Enterprise Based On Knowledge Innovation Ability

Information fast delivery in era of the knowledge economy, and the existing competition advantages of enterprises may be lost at any time for competitors'imitation. The only way to maintain competitive advantages is constant knowledge innovation. Therefore, knowledge has become the most important resource, and knowledge innovation has become the important sources of competitive advantage.Private enterprises are more and more important in the national economy, because of their rapid development. But their competitiveness has been greatly weakened by the gradually enhanced human resource costs. So, more and more private enterprises have been aware of the importance of knowledge innovation to maintain their competitiveness. And begun or begin to try applying the theory of knowledge innovation into enterprise management.This article which studies the private enterprises how to get their competitive advantages, is from the perspective of knowledge innovation ability. This article introduces the resource integration capability as the mediator between competitive advantages of private enterprises and their knowledge innovation ability. And the author thinks that the knowledge innovation ability made into private enterprise competition advantages through the path "knowledge innovation-resources integration ability-a competitive advantage."Through private enterprises in Nantong, Suzhou, Wuxi and conduct site surveys and empirical analysis of sample enterprises, verify that the research hypothesis proposed by this document. Empirical tests show that knowledge innovation ability are important factors of private enterprise competitive advantage, but the results of the knowledge innovation does not automatically translate into competitive advantage of enterprises, enterprises must be through effective resource integration, to apply the results of enterprise knowledge innovation of enterprise business activities, and the formation of the enterprise's competitive advantage. Therefore, under the dynamic and competitive environment, private enterprise to obtain and maintain competitive advantage, enhance their own innovation capability and must improve the integration of enterprise resource capacity.
