| In the context of common prosperity for the construction of beautiful countryside,it is significant to improve the digital capacity of the countryside,improve the construction of digital infrastructure,enhance the appearance of the countryside and increase the income of villagers for the development of the countryside.As a new generation of digital infrastructure,intelligent street light are increasingly introduced into the construction of beautiful countryside,laying a good foundation for moving towards digital countryside.China’s intelligent street lighting industry is in its infancy,and many processes are not mature enough.Among them,the most typical is the financing problem and benefit distribution problem of the intelligent street light project,when the application scene of the intelligent street light switch to the beautiful countryside,these two problems are more obvious,it is urgent to find a financing model to improve the financing problem and benefit distribution problem of the countryside street light project.This paper firstly analyzes the feasibility of constructing the ecosystem of the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform by combining the characteristics of the countryside intelligent street light project.Secondly,builds a theoretical framework of beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem,including multiple subsystems: wisdom lighting subsystem,video monitoring subsystem,WIFI/base station subsystem,etc.The coupling between multiple subsystems forms an application layer,including: rural Io T security system,wisdom agriculture system and rural video link The operation of the application layer forms the development layer,which promotes the development of beautiful countryside in social,environmental and economic aspects,and finally realizes the sustainable development of beautiful countryside.In the financing of the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project,several financing modes commonly used in the current intelligent street light project are integrated through analysis,and BOT,PPP and PFI financing modes are integrated with EMC financing mode to form three integrated financing modes BOT-EMC mode,PPP-EMC mode and PFI-EMC mode.In addition,this thesis also constructs the financing model selection model of the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project,firstly establishes the index evaluation system for the financing model selection of the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project,then uses the BWM-CRITICTOPSIS integrated method to conduct comprehensive evaluation analysis of the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project,and finally verifies the PFI-EMC model is a more suitable financing model for the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project.Finally,this thesis constructs a benefit allocation model for the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project under the PFI-EMC model,which adopts the improved Shapley value method to redistribute the benefits obtained by the core stakeholders of the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project,so as to obtain a more suitable benefit allocation scheme for the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project.It provides protection for the stakeholders of the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project and promotes the development of the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project.This thesis proposes a beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem,constructs a financing model selection model for the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project,verifies the PFI-EMC model as a more suitable financing model for the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project,and finally constructs a benefit distribution model for the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project under the PFIEMC model.This thesis provides a complete and feasible plan for the construction and implementation of the beautiful countryside intelligent street light platform ecosystem project. |
