Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of H-maker Space Innovation Ecosystem

Since "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" was first written into the government work report in 2015,China has set off a wave of innovation and entrepreneurship.As an important carrier of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",maker space has attracted much attention in this wave of innovation and entrepreneurship.With the strong support and promotion of the national and local governments,the number of maker space in China has shown an explosive growth,and the innovation ecosystem of maker space has been continuously optimized.In this paper,empirical research,qualitative and quantitative methods are used to systematically summarize the macro development environment,innovation and entrepreneurship development environment and industry development of maker space.With the innovation ecosystem theory,the connotation and theory of innovation ecosystem of maker space are elaborated.Combined with academic literature research,interviews with some industry insiders are carried out from two aspects of theory and practice This paper analyzes and evaluates the development status of h-maker space innovation ecosystem,analyzes its existing problems in many aspects,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for h-maker space innovation ecosystem optimization.This research takes "H maker space innovation ecosystem" as a case to introduce.The research also studies and analyzes the innovation ecosystem of H maker space,and finds that h maker space is an ecosystem.The innovation ecosystem of maker space includes entrepreneurial projects,entrepreneurial cultural activities,industrial resources,basic platform management and national local government entrepreneurship policies.Secondly,since its establishment,H maker space has achieved good results in promoting innovation and Entrepreneurship of society and enterprises.The number and types of projects introduced and incubated by H maker space are various,with fast incubation speed and high success rate;It has planned and provided various resources and services,carried out some cultural construction activities,and provided cultural exchanges for entrepreneurs;The income sources of innovation ecosystem are diverse,which stimulate the enthusiasm of innovation and entrepreneurship.Of course,although h crowdsourcing space ecosystem has achieved certain results,there are still some problems,mainly including: first,the introduction of incubation projects is not innovative enough,many projects have low technology content and weak team strength.Second,the service ability of the platform is weak,and a relatively perfect innovation and entrepreneurship incubation system has not yet been formed,and it still can not provide comprehensive,high-level and deep-seated services.Third,the cultural construction is insufficient,the activities are few in frequency,shallow in depth,single in content,the innovation and entrepreneurship atmosphere of maker space is insufficient,and the corresponding culture is not really established.Fourth,the pattern of mutual support and mutual promotion among project quality,cultural atmosphere,systematic management and benefit output has not yet been effectively formed.Through the research,this paper puts forward the Countermeasures for the optimization of H crowdsourcing space ecosystem.Firstly,we should strengthen the incubation and introduction of high-quality innovation projects.Increase the introduction of high-quality projects with strong scientific and technological strength,new business model and flexible operation mode.Secondly,improve the service ability of the platform.Optimize and improve the service capacity,layout and innovation of industrial clusters.Thirdly,strengthen the construction of platform space culture.We should attach importance to the exchange of external innovative culture and integrate the advantages of multi culture.Finally,we need to improve the comprehensive management ability of the platform to maximize the efficiency and resource utilization.
