| Nowadays,the international situation is turbulent,and the national economy has entered a new stage of medium-to-high-speed development,which not only brings a lot of opportunities to traditional manufacturing enterprises,but also intensifies market competition.In order to stand out in the fierce market competition,it is very important for the development of enterprises to optimize the allocation of enterprise resources and adjust the operation and management of enterprises.Among them,procurement,as an important part of enterprise operation,is an important guarantee for enterprises to create benefits.More and more enterprises are beginning to pay attention to the impact of procurement management on enterprises.Company Z is a typical traditional manufacturing enterprise,and its GD division has developed rapidly since its establishment,ranking among the best in the domestic rubber products industry.The GD division of Z Company is not only the main supplier of most domestic OEMs,but also provides long-term supply to global leading companies such as GE,Bombardier,and Alstom,and has reached strategic partnerships with them.The development of the entire division is booming.However,in recent years,the overall procurement cost of the GD business department of Z company accounts for about 80% of its total operating costs.The procurement model is relatively backward,and the supplier management is not good,which hinders the rapid development of the company.If the GD business department wants to To maintain its own competitive advantage,it is urgent to adjust the procurement management model to adapt to today’s complex and changing market demands.This research takes the GD business department of Z company as the research object,and uses the literature research method,statistical analysis method and survey research method to study the purchasing management of this business department.By understanding the current situation of purchasing management of this business unit,it analyzes the problems encountered in its purchasing management process,and finally puts forward specific strategies to improve the purchasing management of this business unit based on the perspective of category management.According to the actual situation of the GD business department,this study proposes the following improvement measures:(1)vigorously promote centralized procurement and straighten out the current procurement process;(2)accurately locate the categories of purchased materials and formulate differentiated material procurement strategies;(3)Effectively distinguish supplier categories and implement targeted relationship management measures.From the perspective of relevant management theories such as centralized procurement,supplier relationship management and category management,combined with the specific procurement practice of the GD business department of Z company,this research provides information for the construction of differentiated procurement strategies and implementation of differentiated procurement management for the GD business department of Z company.The theoretical basis is provided,which has a direct guiding effect on the optimization of procurement management,and can also provide reference for the procurement management of similar enterprises. |
