Research On The Optimization Of Centralized Purchasing Plan Of B Company

With the development of Internet economy,the manufacturing is facing the unprecedented chal enges and the games among companies are becoming more and more fierce in different areas.Purchasing has occupied a key position in the enterprises to obtain “resources” and become a source of the enterprises' advantages.With the improvement of the purchasing process,the companies' efficiency and productivity can increase greatly.In this paper,the packaging manufacturing enterprises are researched.As the purchasing cost occupies a big proportion of a company's total cost,the optimization of the purchasing process is quite essential for an enterprise under siege.The company's increasing financial strengthen,along with the changeable social and economic environment,makes the planned purchasing seldom achievable.The current situation has already become the obstacle to the company's future development,therefore the purchasing plan must be rescheduled.Based on the deep analysis of the companies' purchasing situation,the current purchasing plans will be rescheduled and optimized.The to-be changed details include setting the better purchasing strategy and supplier-management procedure as well as the improvement of the buyers' ability,the establishment of the information technology purchasing system and the procedure regulation.At last,the paper comes to a conclusion.Through a case study--the rescheduling and optimization of B corporation's reward and punishment mechanism,this paper proposes some suggestions for the future improvement in the purchasing industry.
