Study On The Influence Of Trust Relationship On Farmers’ Performance Behavior In The Background Of Order Agriculture

Order agriculture is the direction of the development of modern agriculture,is also an important way of small farmers and organic link of modern agricultural development,its scale,standardization,intensive,specialized mode of production to improve the quality of agricultural products,reduce the cost of agricultural production,promote agricultural production efficiency plays an important role,can realize the farmers’ income,enterprise efficiency and agricultural transformation development of win-win goals,is immeasurable to modern agricultural development.The key to the development of order agriculture lies in the efficiency of order performance.However,the performance efficiency of order agriculture in China is not high,and the unstable contract relationship and high default rate are the prominent problems facing the development of order agriculture.Although the development of order agriculture has attracted wide attention from the academic community,most of them is based on the discussion of the order itself,such as the completeness of order terms,etc.,the research on the performance efficiency of agricultural orders by trust relationship is obviously insufficient,which is exactly the most important relationship maintenance bond in the traditional Chinese rural society.Therefore,based on the survey data of farmers,this thesis makes a theoretical and empirical analysis of the influence of the trust relationship in the process of agricultural order performance on farmers’ performance behavior,which is of great significance to make up for the lack of theoretical research on order performance,promoting the development of order agriculture and promoting agricultural modernization.This thesis,first on the basis of literature research,the trust relationship theory,farmers behavior theory and transaction cost theory,based on the definition of order agriculture,trust relationship,performance behavior and other related concepts,the trust relationship of farmers is divided into three types: namely the trust of signing object,based on the system of trust and trust based on the credibility.On this basis,the development status of order agriculture is analyzed,and the survey data of farmers in the main tea producing areas in Anhui Province are used,and the binary Logit and multiple and orderly Logit regression model are used to effectively analyze the influence of trust relationship on farmers’ performance behavior.Based on the theoretical and empirical analysis results,the relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.The results show that:(1)In the trust of farmers’ contract objects,the effect of trust on tea purchase positively affects the performance of farmers.(2)In the trust based on credibility,the impact of the previous year on the next year,and whether the contract is renewed generally positively affect the performance of farmers.(3)In the trust based on the system,the contract signing method has a positive impact on the farmers’ performance behavior.(4)In the characteristics of farmers,The education level,whether there are party members in the family,the number of land have a positive impact on the performance of farmers.Based on this thesis,it is proposed to improve the trust of farmers in agricultural orders,word of mouth and trust;the enterprise should establish a good reputation and reputation,which is the key factor to determine whether farmers believe in order agriculture;develop fair and perfect contract terms to ensure the performance of the education level of farmers,encourage the development of scale operation,promote agriculture through education and promote the development of order agriculture;a sound system is an important guarantee for the development of order agriculture and stable cooperative relationship.
