Research On Agricultural Land Change And Utilization Benefit Evaluation In Wuhu City

In the report of the 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the No.1 Central Document issued in 2023,it is proposed to continue to ’ comprehensively promote rural revitalization and accelerate the construction of a strong agricultural country’.The country is paying more and more attention to the development of rural areas.Under the trend of decreasing the number of agricultural land,optimizing the layout of agricultural land use,improving the efficiency of agricultural land use,and improving the level of intensive use of agricultural land are an indispensable step to achieve rural revitalization and agricultural and rural modernization.Wuhu City has been a land of fish and rice since ancient times.Agricultural production has distinct regional characteristics.Based on the purpose of optimizing agricultural land resources and combining with the strategy of rural revitalization,this paper studies the utilization efficiency of agricultural land in Wuhu City,promotes the high-quality development of agriculture in Wuhu City,accelerates the process of agricultural and rural modernization,and promotes the deep integration with the development of the Yangtze River Delta economic circle.In this article,first elaborated the research background and significance of agricultural land use,also from the domestic and foreign literature review,including agricultural land use,agricultural land use efficiency,etc.Secondly,the related concepts and theoretical basis of land,agricultural land and agricultural land use efficiency are explained.By collecting the statistical yearbook of Wuhu City and the data of land use change,the change of agricultural land resource utilization in Wuhu City from 2011 to 2021 is analyzed.There are problems such as the reduction of agricultural land,the low per capita cultivated land area,the unreasonable structure of agricultural land use,the poor rural employment environment,the lack of agricultural reproduction power,the unreasonable output of agricultural land,and the deterioration of agricultural land ecological environment.The evaluation index system of agricultural land use efficiency is constructed by selecting relevant data from economy,society and ecosystem.The efficiency of agricultural land use in Wuhu City is calculated by entropy method and comprehensive index method.Among them,the economic benefits continue to rise,indicating that the level of economic development in Wuhu City continues to improve;the social benefit evaluation value of agricultural land increased slightly in fluctuation.Although the ecological benefit fluctuated,the overall trend showed an upward trend,and the ecological environment protection achieved certain results.With the help of the coupling coordination degree model,it is found that the coupling coordination degree of the three benefit systems is not high,and only achieves barely coordinated development.The introduction of obstacle degree model analysis shows that the proportion of effective irrigation area,agricultural labor productivity,grain yield per unit area and unit fertilizer use are the main obstacle factors affecting the improvement of agricultural land use efficiency in Wuhu City in the future.Therefore,optimizing the utilization of agricultural land in Wuhu City needs to improve the utilization efficiency of agricultural land,ensure a certain amount of cultivated land area,and continue to improve the agricultural ecological environment.In view of the above problems,it is proposed that Wuhu City should adhere to the policy orientation,ensure food security,optimize the planting structure,develop characteristic agricultural products according to local conditions,cultivate high-quality agricultural talents,improve the rural employment environment,develop intelligent agriculture,improve the level of agricultural science and technology,guide farmers to change their concepts,realize sustainable agricultural development,increase investment,develop ecological agriculture and other countermeasures and suggestions,so as to realize the coordinated development of agricultural and rural ecology,economy and society in Wuhu City,and help rural revitalization anrural revitalization and agricultural modernization.
