Study On Wuhu Urban Land Use Efficiency Comprehensive Evaluation

As the “mother of all things”,land is the basic carrier of urban construction and development.The ever-increasing contradiction between the demand for land resources and the scarcity of land supply exists for a long time.How to improve urban land use efficiency is the key to the sustainable development of human society.Wuhu City is a major city in the development planning of the Yangtze River Delta approved by the state,the core city in the Hefei metropolitan area,an important traditional industrial base in East China,a scientific research base,and a comprehensive transportation hub.It has economic,social,and social issues in land use.Assessment of ecological environment fluctuations is of great significance.In view of this,this study takes Wuhu City as an example.First,it reviews the progress of research on urban land use efficiency at home and abroad,relevant concepts,and theoretical foundations.Based on the general situation of Wuhu City's research area and the current status of urban land utilization,the construction of Wuhu City was analyzed in different time periods.Urban urban land expansion rate;Secondly,divide the urban land use benefit system of Wuhu City from 2000 to 2016 into three subsystems of economic,social,and ecological environmental benefits,based on ordered weighted average operator matrix(OWA)from 38 primary elections.In the index system,the 19 best-selected items constitute the final evaluation index system;finally,the comprehensive evaluation model and the coordination degree model are used to evaluate the benefits and overall benefits of the three subsystems,and the inter-system coordination is examined from both the overall system and the internal dimensions of the system.relationship.The findings are as follows:(1)2000-2016 Wuhu City's urban land expansion index was 611.76,of which the expansion index was 450 in 2000-2005,the expansion index reached 666.67 in 2005-2010,the highest stage,the expansion index in 2010-2016 was 528.57,and the urban land expansion rate Become more rationalized.(2)Comprehensive evaluation results From the perspective of the lateral time series,the comprehensive benefits of urban land use in Wuhu City in 2000-2016 showed a basically stable and upward evolution with increasing time,and overall it seems that this change trend is similar to the economic benefit of the same time series;According to the longitudinal evolution of various subsystems,the economic and social benefits presented a basically stable and rapid upward trend,and the eco-environmental benefits increased in the larger fluctuations.(3)From 2000 to 2016,the economic benefits and comprehensive benefits of urban land use in Wuhu City showed a basically stable and increasing coordination relationship,and the trend was stable and continued to be good.The degree of coordination between social benefits and comprehensive benefits was between 0.4-0.7,showing a high level.Coordinate relations and tend to be stable;eco-environmental benefits and comprehensive benefits show a harmonious relationship of fluctuations and declines;the decline of the former in some years and the increase of the latter lead to a decrease in the coordination relationship between the two;the overall coordination degree fluctuates fluctuating significantly,and the economy and society develop rapidly.Far more than ecological environmental protection.Based on the evaluation of the benefits and comprehensive benefits of various subsystems and the problems and trends in the coordinated development,this paper puts forward suggestions and suggestions for improving the urban land use efficiency in Wuhu City,so as to promote the future spatial layout evolution and sustainable use of land resources in other cities.
