| Solving the problems of farmers in agriculture and rural areas is the top priority of the whole Party, and urban-rural integration is the fundamental way to do so.The report of the18 th Party Congress pointed out that we should adhere to the new type of industrialisation, informatisation, urbanisation and agricultural modernisation with Chinese characteristics, promote the synchronised development of the four, and form a new type of industrialagricultural and urban-rural relationship. The 19 th Party Congress proposed that,in accordance with the general requirements,we should implement the strategy of revitalising the countryside, establish a sound institutional mechanism and policy system for the integrated development of urban and rural areas, and accelerate the modernisation of agriculture and rural areas. The 20 th Party Congress pointed out that the central task of the CPC is to unite and lead the people of all nationalities to build a strong socialist modern state in a comprehensive manner and to promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernisation. The most arduous and onerous task of building a modern socialist country remains in the rural areas.Anhui is a typical agricultural province, but the "pain points" of rural revitalization, such as agriculture is not strong, rural foundation is weak and farmers are not rich, are prominent;the path of rural revitalization must be explored in the synchronized development of the four transformations. The six cities in northern Anhui are traditional grain-producing areas, densely populated areas and economically underdeveloped areas;the development of the four cultures is not synchronized and the problem of imbalance is prominent. Therefore, taking northern Anhui as an example, evaluating the regional coordinated development of the four transformations and analyzing its coordination degree is a research topic with theoretical significance and practical application value. This thesis studies the overall development of the six cities in northern Anhui at a macro level, and concludes that the six cities in northern Anhui have a low level of development as a whole, with agriculture playing an important role, industry developing slowly and accounting for less than 30% of the province’s share, the overall level of urbanisation not being high, and illiteracy being serious in northern Anhui. The Six Cities of Northern Anhui have constructed a system of indicators for the development of the "Four Transformations" from a microscopic perspective, with 23 secondary indicators, using the entropy method to assign weights and the principal component analysis method to calculate the "Four Transformations" development index and the comprehensive development index of each city, comparing the "Four Transformations" development index of Anhui Province and the "Six Cities of Northern Anhui".We found that the overall level of development of the six cities in northern Anhui was lower than that of the whole province, but the development rate in recent years was fast, especially the development of informatization, and the average annual growth rate of the six cities in northern Anhui, except for Bengbu, was 34.24%,which was higher than that of The average annual growth rate of the six cities in northern Anh ui Province is 34.9%,except for Bengbu. The analysis of the two-two relationship between the "Four Transformations" and the reasons for it led to the conclusion that the development of industrialisation lags behind urbanisation, the integration of informatisation and industrialisation is low,and the development level of agricultural modernisation is backward.A coupling model was constructed to calculate the coupling degree and coordinated development index of each city, and to classify the coordination level, and it was concluded that the development of the "Four Transformations" in the six cities of northern Anhui showed a gradual trend, with Bengbu,Huainan and Huabei having a high level of coupling and coordination, and the remaining three cities having a low level of coupling and coordination. Finally, based on the analysis results and the actual situation, countermeasures for the development of each system are proposed. |
