| Since the 18 th National Congress of our party,China has vigorously advocated innovation and has formulated detailed strategic arrangements to promote innovative development and build a strong technological country,guided by the strategy of innovation-driven development.With the increasing pressure of economic downturn,more and more people realize that mass entrepreneurship and innovation are important driving forces for promoting economic growth and breaking through the bottleneck of enterprise development.Innovation has also been widely promoted among many enterprises.However,to achieve innovation,it is necessary to cultivate makers first.Makers are the main carriers and forces driving innovation,playing a decisive role in the innovation capability of enterprises.However,under the current development status in China,makers have just stepped into the threshold and face numerous cultivation problems due to factors such as individual innovation quality,corporate culture,and leadership empowerment.The problem of poor quality of makers is particularly prominent.Small and medium-sized enterprises are "feeling their way across the river" in terms of cultivating employees into makers.Therefore,a scientific and targeted cultivation strategy is particularly important and is an urgent issue to be addressed by small and medium-sized enterprises.This article,based on the theories of innovation culture,leadership empowerment,employee innovation capability,and motivation,conducts a systematic study on the quality of cultivating makers among knowledge workers in Company YS.Firstly,the basic situation and organizational structure of Company YS are introduced,and the definition of knowledge workers is provided,leading to the identification of the research type of knowledge workers in Company YS.Then,drawing on the research findings of scholars both domestically and internationally and starting from the actual background of Company YS,the scales of innovation capability,innovation culture,incentive mechanisms,and leadership empowerment are adapted as independent variables,while employee innovation behavior and innovation output are treated as dependent variables.Through a questionnaire survey,it is found that the quality of cultivating makers among knowledge workers in Company YS is poor.Hypotheses on the influencing factors are established,and the effects of each factor on the quality of cultivating makers are analyzed.The results show that innovation capability,innovation culture,incentive mechanisms,and leadership empowerment have a significant positive correlation with the quality of cultivating makers among knowledge workers in Company YS.Based on these results,the article proposes enhancement strategies for different influencing factors,including improving the innovation capability of knowledge workers,strengthening empowerment within the entire project team,emphasizing incentives for knowledge worker innovation,and integrating company strategy with innovation culture.Finally,the article puts forward implementation guarantee measures for the enhancement strategies,including incorporating them into the company’s strategy to solidify strategic support,establishing a maker committee to ensure organizational support,increasing financial investment to ensure material support,and establishing relevant systems to ensure institutional support,thereby ensuring the smooth implementation of the enhancement strategies for cultivating makers among knowledge workers in Company YS.The cultivation of knowledge-based employees into makers is a difficult and time-consuming process.Therefore,identifying the influencing factors is crucial for the success of maker education.This article aims to explore the influencing factors of YS Company’s knowledge-based employee maker education and to construct strategies for improvement.It not only has significant practical value,but also provides a valuable reference for other similar enterprises in China on the path of cultivating knowledge-based employees into makers,thus enhancing the innovation strength of enterprises。... |
