From the construction of network interconnection to the social networking platform,and then to the popularity of mobile social networking,the Internet gradually influence every corner of our life,people's communication becomes convenient and efficient;similarly,the cost of communication between enterprises is more and more low,the scope of cooperation and communication level is more and more widely and deeply.In this environment,enterprise knowledge resource sharing began to frequent updates,how to get more resources to serve the enterprise development in the enterprise knowledge network in the use of their own advantages of knowledge resources,become a key indicator to measure enterprise's core competence.On the other hand,the tacit knowledge accounted for the total amount of knowledge of an enterprise in 90%,with the impact of the Internet environment of enterprise knowledge management,transformation method is more diverse,expression and transformation of the enterprise knowledge more easily,the competition between enterprises has shifted to the tacit knowledge level,how to improve the efficiency of enterprise tacit knowledge,tacit knowledge more benchmarking enterprise internalization,applied to everyday business,has become the enterprise must consider the problem under the Internet environment.This also highlights the important theoretical and practical significance of the study of tacit knowledge transformation under the Internet environment.According to the current Internet environment background and studies about tacit knowledge transformation achievements in theory and practice of tacit knowledge under the Internet environment influence employee knowledge conversion factors were systematically discussed,and by finding the appropriate evaluation methods of enterprise knowledge employee overall tacit knowledge conversion level of evaluation,for more the enterprise to improve the enterprise knowledge management system,to provide theoretical reference for the construction of tacit knowledge conversion mechanism of enterprises with the actual.First of all,the enterprise knowledge employees under the Internet environment concept,tacit knowledge conversion process definition;secondly,analysis of the Internet environment of enterprise knowledge workers recessive specific effects of knowledge transformation,the Internet environment of knowledge workers in enterprises tacit knowledge transfer model;screening the indicators through the questionnaire survey,finally obtains the influence the tacit knowledge workers knowledge transformation index system.Finally,using fuzzy cognitive map theory and fuzzy decision-making mechanism,the influence weight of each index,and combined with the theory of grey relational analysis to compare the N company knowledge three subsidiaries tacit knowledge of the overall transformation level,through the qualitative analysis to verify the rationality and feasibility of the index system again.On this basis,some suggestions are put forward to optimize the tacit knowledge theory and improve the tacit knowledge management practice.
