| Since the Eighteenth National Congress,China has entered a new era of socialism in China as a new great power.The major contradictions have changed,and the major contradictions have changed.The aging of the population and the problems caused by the elderly care have gradually emerged in China,and the introduction of appropriate new policies and solving the social problems caused by the aging of the population have become the top priority of the work,and also seriously affect the overall development of the country and the people’s vital well-being.The problem of population aging is the new requirements and suggestions given to the Chinese people by social changes and time changes,from the contradictions at the national level to the contradictions of society,the proposal of new development concepts for the elderly,the new revolution of technology in pension institutions,etc.,the correct understanding and research of social pension services in the cause of socialism with characteristics in the new era of China has been carried out,which has very important theoretical significance and practical value.Rural pension is a subject that must be faced in the world,the needs of the elderly are increasingly diversified,and China’s pension service base is relatively weak and lack of development,Qianxi County as a poor county that has just been lifted out of poverty under Tangshan City,the social security system is not perfect,and there are many problems for rural pension problems.At present,it is mostly characterized by "rapid growth,more empty nests,and longer lifespan",and the aging situation is very serious.Led by the Tangshan Municipal Government,Qianxi County gradually went deep into the grassroots to effectively solve the problem of residents’ pension for the rural elderly,and announced the relevant research results to the people of the city,the initiative promoted the rapid development of elderly care services,improved the infrastructure for the elderly,and some elderly care institutions experienced the process of starting from scratch and gradually forming their own operation model,and promoted the cooperative development of home and community and institutional elderly care services.However,on the whole,the elderly care service in Qianxi County started late,the foundation is thin,and the existing problems are more prominent,this article will use the form of questionnaire survey and field investigation to analyze the influencing factors of the choice of social pension services for rural residents in Qianxi County,and find that the residents who choose family pension account for most of the sample,and analyze the influencing factors of rural residents’ choice of social pension services from the three aspects of family,community and institution,analyze the reasons for the choice,and put forward corresponding suggestions and measures for related factors.Efforts should be made to improve the existing situation of rural residents’ old-age care,improve the level of old-age services for rural residents,and improve relevant systems. |
