| At present,under the background of China’s comprehensive promotion of building a moderately prosperous society and building a modern power,interest rate is increasingly influenced by the market,which makes the financial industry more and more market-oriented.Therefore,it is very necessary to establish and implement the macro-supervision and supervision system.Commercial Banks in China are facing great opportunities and challenges.The increasingly fierce competition in the financial market,the accelerated adjustment of the industrial structure,and the continuous downward trend of the macro-economy have exposed the whole banking industry to various problems,such as the increasing proportion of nonperforming loans,the loss of high-quality customers,and the year-on-year decline of profit growth rate.The living environment is relatively harsh.Because our country banking industry is facing to speed up the marketization process of our country,and the financing channels and changeable external environment such as expanding continuously innovation,so it must promote the development strategy of innovation and improve the risk prevention and control system,promote the use of emerging technology level and strengthen their own ability to innovate,constantly standardize financing business development of compliance,strengthen bank business synergy level.This paper starts with sorting out relevant literatures on the development strategies of Banks at home and abroad,and analyzes the strategic environment of Dongying RURAL Commercial Bank on the basis of introducing the basic situation of dongying Rural Commercial Bank,including the external environment,competitive environment,internal environment and the current situation of strategic management.Then,in order to achieve the long-term healthy development of dongying agri-businesses bank,SWOT analysis has been clear about the dongying agri-businesses Banks face the development of strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats,determine the dongying agri-businesses bank development strategic target and development strategy,namely regional expansion strategy and business development strategies,and then puts forward some countermeasures to dongying agri-businesses bank development strategy implementation.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of dongying RURAL Commercial Bank’s development strategy,this paper proposes five safeguard measures,namely,organizational structure guarantee,human resources guarantee,risk management guarantee,enterprise culture guarantee and information technology guarantee. |
