| Since the 21 st century,changes in the world economic environment have been accelerating,the level of science and technology and the level of productivity development have been continuously improved,and the pressure of competition among manufacturing companies related to electronic parts has increased.The procurement costs of companies have accounted for more than half of the total product costs.How to change The current procurement management model directly affects the profitability of manufacturing enterprises.At present,electronic parts manufacturers generally have problems such as high raw material procurement costs and relatively low procurement efficiency,which greatly reduces their profit margins.Therefore,how to purchase high-quality and low-cost production parts and materials,and realize the optimization of high-efficiency and low-cost procurement management work is a problem that electronic parts manufacturing companies need to think about and solve as soon as possible.The research object selected in this article is A electronic parts manufacturing company.First,starting from the current economic environment and current procurement management mode of A electronic parts manufacturing company,the results of questionnaire survey and in-depth interview methods are sorted out,and A is analyzed.The company’s problems in procurement management are analyzed through fishbone diagram analysis to find the root causes of the problems.Based on the actual situation of company A,three optimization proposals are proposed,which are the optimization of the procurement organization structure,the optimization of the procurement process,and the strategic perspective.Supplier management is optimized and corresponding safeguard measures are proposed.The results show that the above analysis and optimization plan help to improve the procurement management efficiency of A company,reduce the company’s procurement cost,and provide ideas for the optimization of procurement management of similar manufacturing companies. |
