Research On Tourism Attraction Evaluation And Improvement Strategy Of Tanmen Town,Qionghai City,Hainan Province

Located in the eastern coastal area of Qionghai City,Hainan Province,Tanmen Town is one of the nearest ports from Hainan Island to the the Nansha Islands,with rich South China Sea culture.With the construction of a characteristic town in Qionghai,Tanmen Town has started to focus on fishing culture and create a South China Sea town,greatly enhancing its tourism appeal.In recent years,due to uncontrollable factors such as declining fishery resources,ecological damage,and the epidemic,the development speed of tourism in Tanmen Town has significantly decreased.In the post pandemic era,how to enhance the tourism attractiveness of Tanmen Town and promote the rapid development of its tourism industry has become a key concern for the development of tourism in Tanmen Town,Qionghai City,and even Hainan Province.Based on this,this study conducts research on the evaluation of the tourism attractiveness of Tanmen Town and provides suggestions for improvement strategies,in order to provide reference for the development of Tanmen Town’s tourism industry.On the basis of summarizing the theoretical research on tourism attractiveness,this study analyzes the factors that affect the tourism development status and characteristics of Tanmen Town,and constructs an evaluation index system.Then,corresponding survey questionnaires are designed,and factor analysis is used to screen indicators.Finally,four dimensions including natural environment,social environment,landscape characteristics,and tourism services are established A tourism attractiveness evaluation index system for Tanmen Town with 20 evaluation indicators.By using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Entropy Weight Method to determine the subjective and objective weights of the indicators,the comprehensive weights and results of the indicators were obtained.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the tourism attractiveness of Tanmen Town.The results showed that:(1)in terms of dimension level weight results,the landscape feature weight is the highest,which is the most important factor affecting the overall tourism attractiveness of Tanmen Town,followed by the natural environment and social environment,The weight of tourism services is relatively low.(2)In the weight results of indicators,the richness of agricultural and fishing activities,architectural characteristics,sea scenery characteristics,folk activities,entertainment activities,and seawater quality are relatively high,which are important indicators that affect the tourism attraction of Tanmen Town.(3)The overall tourism attraction level of Tanmen Town is in the"middle" level.Among them,the natural environment,social environment,and landscape characteristics all belong to the "middle" attractiveness level,while tourism services belong to the "lower" attractiveness level.Based on the evaluation results,this study proposes the following strategies to enhance the attractiveness of Tanmen tourism.Firstly,strengthen external publicity efforts to enhance the visibility of Tanmen Town as a "fishing town";The second is to enhance environmental protection,strengthen ecological environment construction,and strengthen the construction of folk customs;The third is to construct new tourist attractions,optimize spatial layout,and develop innovative tourism projects such as custom experience projects;The fourth is to improve the infrastructure construction and supervision of tourism services such as transportation,accommodation,and catering.
