| With the rapid development of Internet finance,traditional banks have been impacted in operation mode,intermediary payment status and so on.As the most important position for developing retail business and contacting customers,the operation cost rises and the flow of customers decreases,and the profits of commercial banks decrease year by year.How to promote the development of the retail business which can improve the bank’s profit has become the research focus,and under the financial technology situation,the intelligent transformation of the bank network has become the inevitable choice for the bank.This paper takes the D Commercial Bank branch as the research object,analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the D Commercial Bank branch,combines the five forces model and SWOT analysis method,analyzes the transformation environment of the D Commercial Bank branch.At the same time,according to the related theory of the bank network intelligent transformation,the concrete analysis of specific problems,clear D Commercial Bank network intelligent transformation ideas and countermeasures.This paper puts forward that we should learn from the experience of the transformation of domestic and foreign banks,make clear the goals and principles of the transformation,and perfect the logical structure and overall framework of the transformation from the level of the overall transformation of the whole bank’s network,around the Customer satisfaction,optimize the location and development system of intelligent network point,realize the docking of core system and CRM system,build and enrich the source of basic data through big data platform,carry on accurate portrait to customer.At the same time,it combs and optimizes the business process of the whole network,carries on the intelligent appointment and the research to the customer business,creates the multi-channel coordinated work,optimizes the network intelligent operation,in order to achieve the double benefits of risk management and precise marketing.Finally,from the framework,team,assessment and wind control of the four dimensions of safeguards,in order to promote the success of the transition landing. |
