The development of information technology and technology has accelerated the replacement of electronic equipment, and electronic equipment has entered the peak period of scrapping, but the disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment(WEEE)is a very complicated and difficult process, because informal processing will lead to the production of harmful substances and the destruction of the environment. In recent years, the awareness of environmental protection and the concept of green development have gradually taken root in the hearts of the people.WEEE recycling has become one of the problems that enterprises pay attention to and the government strives to solve. The rise of the Internet has brought more choices to the recycling industry. The new model of "Internet + recycling" has received attention. However, the coexistence of online and offline channels creates a situation of competition between various channels, which is not conducive to taking advantages of each recycling channel. Therefore,in order to achieve a reasonable allocation of resources,it is necessary to coordinate between online and offline channels to achieve the purpose of improving the current situation of WEEE recycling in our country. In addition, consumers are at the beginning of the reverse supply chain, which is an active resource.Different consumer groups have different influences on the decision-making of recycling subjects. Therefore,it is very important to consider consumer preferences when studying the recycling of WEEE.Based on consumer preferences in reverse supply chain, this paper analyzes the dualchannel coordination mechanism of WEEE online recycling and offline recycling.First of all, this article reviews the literatures, summarizes consumer preferences in the supply chain and dual-channel recycling, and concludes that this article will start with consumer preferences and establish a WEEE recycling demand model with the help of consumer utility theory.Secondly, establish a mathematical model of the recycling process with the help of game theory, analyze the mechanism of consumer preferences on the participants in dual-channel recycling, analyze the optimal recycling strategies of participants in the two situations of decentralized decisionmaking and centralized decision-making.Finally,with the help of the two contract coordination ideas of revenue sharing and quantity discount in the forward supply chain, the coordination mechanism of WEEE dual-channel recycling under the influence of consumer preferences was designed and verified.Through the research in this article,it can be concluded that consumers’ channel preferences and the level of service provided by recyclers and processors can have an impact on consumer demand.Recyclers and processors can use big data to make more accurately understand consumer preferences when making relevant recycling decisions. And then provide different services and strategies according to different consumer groups in order to increase recycling volume and recycling profits. The total recycling profit of the supply chain under centralized decision-making is better than decentralized decision-making.Revenue sharing contract and quantity discount contract can realize Pareto improvement in the decentralized decision-making model, realize the optimal total profit of the supply chain, form a win-win situation, and help the green development of WEEE recycling in our country.
