Since the 1990 s, the rapid development of electronic information industry has brought the rapid increase of waste electronic and electrical equipments(WEEE). China has become the second largest producer of WEEE after America. According to the statistics of household electrical appliances institute, by the end of 2013, the scrapped quantity of WEEE in theory has been more than 1 billion sets. What’s more, the leap in the development of electronic technology has intensified the renewal speed of all kinds of electronic products. Our government has paid high attention to this grim situation. “Management Method for the Prevention and Control of Environmental Pollution by Electronic Waste”, “Regulations on the Administration of Recycling and Disposal of Waste Electric and Electronic Products”, “Management Method for the Collecting and Using Processing Fund of Waste Electronic and Electrical Equipments” and other rules have been promulgated and implemented successively, and the WEEE recycling practice has been carried out. In response to the government call, a kind of WEEE network recycling mode based on C2 B e-commerce emerged and developed in our country. The mode using the development results of electronic information technology and the logistics distribution system, grasping the development opportunity of WEEE recycling industrialization, focusing on the demand of consumers and providing the convenient recycling service, has attracted a lot of public attention and participations. However, the recycling mode has just started, there are still a lot of problems. In order to further promote its development, make it become a competitive recycling channel, and effectively solve the problem of WEEE recycling, it is necessary to research the coordination problem deeply.This thesis takes the WEEE network recycling system as the research object, and analyzes the coordination problems preventing the system running efficiently and the causes. Stakeholder theory, contract theory, game theory and optimization theory are used to analyze and build contract coordination mechanism, the qualitative and quantitative methods are adopted to solve the contradictions and conflicts. The concrete research contents are as follows:1. Study the theoretical knowledge and its research progress related to the research on coordination mechanisms of the WEEE network recycling system, including the domestic and foreign WEEE recycling modes, contract theory, supply chain coordination under electronic commerce environment, and the reverse supply chain coordination mechanism, to provide the theoretical basis for this study;2. Analyze the operation mechanism of WEEE network recycling system, then according to stakeholder theory, analyze the stakeholders and their responsibilities, draw the map of the stakeholders, construct the hierarchy model and dissect the multistage interest requirements of the main stakeholders. Based on the above analysis, the main coordination problems existing in the system are summarized. By exploring the causes, according to the contract theory and aiming at specific problems, the structure model of contract coordination mechanism is established;3. Against to the problems that the logistics cost is too high and the recycling/ dismantling supply is short whose measuring criterions are objective and the results can be verified, a formal contract coordination mechanism is built. Under the condition of linear relationship between the recycling number of WEEE and recycling price, taking the system profit under centralized decision as benchmark, the dynamic game model of logistics cost savings sharing contract between the network recycling platform and the third party logistics enterprise, and the model of revenue sharing contract between the platform and the formal recycler/environmental processing enterprise are established respectively. By adjusting the contract parameters, promote the two sides to woke together to reduce logistics cost and improve the recycling number;4. Against to the trust problem whose measuring criterions are subjective and the results cannot be verified, a relational contract coordination mechanism is built. Through establishing the trust mechanism and the information sharing mechanism, adopting psychological and behavior measures, an atmosphere of cooperation and the environment is built. The trust crisis caused by the virtuality of network trading, transaction security and asymmetric information between members of the system is gradually reduced, which can encourage the members to build long-term mutually beneficial partnership.In short, this thesis aims to promote the consumers to choose formal WEEE recycling channels and provide a theoretical basis and decision reference for the optimization and sustainable development of future network recycling mode.
