With the high-speed development of electronic information industry, electronic products(EEE) update speed faster and faster. China mobile data statistics, the global electronic waste(WEEE) growth in 4-6%, the electronic waste rate is as high as 20%. Due to the nature of environmental protection, WEEE industry it is a policy driven industries, under national policy support, the WEEE recycling mode from traditional recovery gradually transition to using Internet technology to network of recycling, emerged a large number of recycling based on C2 B network platform electricity recovery mode, such as "recycling" love "networks", etc. Network information in the process of recovery can effectively solve the traditional recovery block, regional restriction, and many other issues, but still can’t achieve the information needed in the process of WEEE recycling interactive, intelligent operation, such as remote supervision requirements.Internet as a new information technology, an intelligent identification, information interaction, real-time monitoring, etc. If related technologies of Internet of things can be applied to the WEEE recycling industry, and build a platform for WEEE recycling based on the technology of Internet of things, so will the current problems that exist in the WEEE recycling industry to provide an effective solution.In this paper, under the background of the study, combining Internet technology and the WEEE recycling industry, gives a iot of WEEE recycling the overall architecture of the platform, and drawn from WEEE recycling platform under the Internet of things the recyclers for recycling of this link, use the supermodel game carried on the thorough research. In this paper, the specific research contents are as follows:1. Through the spread of the Internet of things system review research, analyzes the different scholars for the Internet of things the understanding of the connotation and extension, this paper discusses the ubiquitous network, Internet of things, the subordinate relationship between the sensor network, studied the key technology in the Internet of things contains, finding out the Internet of things with the combination of WEEE recycling industry.2. The evolution dynamics WEEE recycling platform model, analyses the WEEE recycling industry market structure and market economic behavior evolution path, starting from the whole life cycle of electronic products, analyzed the WEEE recycling platform operating mechanism and business process, and combined with the status quo of WEEE recycling industry in China, and points out the shortages of WEEE recycling platform.3. The WEEE recycling platform based on Internet of things development are put forward to build the urgency of the WEEE recycling platform under the Internet of things, from WEEE recycling under the Internet of things platform construction thought, constructing principle, analyzed the platform specific functional requirements of each organizational function module, has set up a platform based on Internet of WEEE recycling of the overall architecture, for each function module, and the operation mechanism of WEEE recycling platform based on Internet of things has carried on the design research.4. From the Internet of things platform of WEEE recycling operation mechanism, the extraction of the recycler is most concerned about the bidding mechanism of game analysis, in the perspective of recyclers, in the case of perfect competition of supermodel game method to prove the existence of Nash equilibrium, and the Nash equilibrium of the recycling price is given. In the recyclers conspiracy cooperation Nash equilibria is discussed under the condition of price changes, and gives the examples to prove.
