| Human resource management is an important guarantee of the enterprise’s strategic objectives.How to integrate human resource management into the overall layout of enterprise development,HRBP is an effective model.HRBP makes human resources closely connected with the company’s business,forming a complete,scientific and feasible human resource management model,which has achieved good management results in many enterprises.Under the general trend of rapid economic development and increasing business competition,in order to better realize the development of enterprises and make human resource management not limited to "personnel" management,L Company also began to implement the human resource management model with human resource business partner(HRBP)as the core in the company.Under the general trend of rapid economic development and increasing business competition,in order to better realize the development of the enterprise and make human resource management not limited to "personnel" management,L Company began to implement the human resource management model with human resource business partner(HRBP)as the core in order to achieve the long-term development of the enterprise.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and study the current situation of HRBP human resource management implemented by L Company,and optimize the company’s HRBP human resource management according to the company’s human resource management objectives,business development needs and future company development strategies,so as to improve the company’s market competitive advantage.Firstly,this paper analyzes the current situation of human resources management in L company and finds out that the current HRBP human resources management in L company mainly has several problems,such as unclear role positioning of HRBP,insufficient ability of HRBP,and weak integration between HRBP and business departments.The reasons are as follows: first,the human resources position cognition is not clear;second,the professional ability of HRBP needs to be improved;third,the human resources department and the business department lack trust and communication.Through analysis,this paper finally puts forward measures and suggestions for L company to optimize HRBP human resource management mode,including optimizing from three aspects: improving professional quality,strengthening professional ability,repositioning role function,and strengthening HRBP team construction,and at the same time,ensuring the system construction,enterprise culture cultivation and capital investment. |
