Employment interview is the process of transferring information between interviewers and interviewees. In the process, the interviewers should gather enough information to decide whether the interviewees are suitable. In order to enhance the veracity of the decision, that is to say the employment interview validity, people have done lots of thing, and did have some good effect, but the inbeing of the interview invalidity has not been caught. It's not enough to just enhance the employment interview validity from the sides of interview, interview surrounding and the process of the interview. In addition we should focus on the interviewees. The inbeing of the interview invalidity is that the interviewees are uncooperative. To explain and analyze the problem, we introduce the game theory in. First, we build the game model of the employment interview at the current condition. As result we gain a conclusion: if it is true that the company want to employ the suitable interviewees, all of the interviewees will lie whether they are suitable or not. That is because whatever the situation is, telling lie can bring them more extra revenue compared to the cost. So, the most effective method to enhance the employment interview validity is to resolve the lying problem. That is to say reducing the extra revenue of lying and increasing the cost of lying. Then, we transfer the hypothesis condition, set up the believable threat, and rebuild the game model. At last we successfully build a cooperative interview game model, and gain the perfect equilibrium: all the interviewees are honest whether suitable or not, and the interviewers employ the suitable interviewees.
