For the past few years,Zhejiang Province has actively promoted the "digital reform" work and formulated a series of specific measures and plans to promote the development of the digital economy and improve management efficiency in various fields.At the same time,Zhejiang Province is also actively promoting digital sanitation work and improving the management level of environmental sanitation through digital technology.Environmental sanitation services are currently in a rapid development stage,and the traditional "person to person" regulatory model has long been unable to meet the requirements of environmental sanitation management in the new era.Subsequently,higher requirements have been put forward for the management level,service quality,and operational efficiency of the environmental sanitation business.This requires the use of digital means to achieve refined management of environmental sanitation operational supervision,thereby reducing operational costs,improving operational efficiency,and promoting the sustainable development of the environmental sanitation industry.As a district-owned state-owned enterprise,S Environmental Sanitation Group is facing problems such as extensive environmental sanitation operation supervision,unscientific organizational structure,unsound supervision system,inadequate management implementation and low degree of digitalization.It urgently needs a set of scientific management theory to guide.Under the background of environmental sanitation system reform and Internet development,this paper combines refined management theory and management information system theory from a social-technical perspective to study the optimization strategy of digital-driven refined environmental sanitation operation supervision.Questionnaire survey method,analyzing the status quo of group organization,management and technical operation supervision,the existing problems and the causes of the problems,so as to propose the optimization strategy of S Sanitation Group’s data-driven refined operation supervision based on the refined management theory,and change the status quo of the industry,to achieve industrial upgrading.Finally,it puts forward the guarantee measures of S Sanitation Group in the implementation of the optimization strategy.Through research,it is concluded that S Sanitation Group needs to optimize its operation and supervision strategies in terms of business processes,organizational structure,system standards,and digital technology applications,and to provide guarantees in terms of talents,capital,and technology.After optimization,the operation supervision of S Sanitation Group will become more precise,detailed and strict.Driven by digitization,refined environmental sanitation management will realize the reform of operational supervision in the field of environmental sanitation and promote the improvement of the efficiency of environmental sanitation operation supervision.
