Research On The Difficulties And Countermeasures Of Industrial Revitalization In Less Developed Areas

In 2017,the rural revitalization strategy was first proposed as an important initiative to build a moderately prosperous society in all aspects,and has gained worldwide attention.Rural revitalization is not only an inevitable choice to solve the "three rural problems" and accomplish the overall goal of "two hundred years",but also plays an important role in promoting the rapid development of rural economy,maintaining regional stability and promoting transformation and upgrading.In the report of the 20 th Party Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out the need to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,and made profound discussions and comprehensive plans for promoting rural revitalization,which provides basic guidelines for all places to find the right position,find methods and make contributions in promoting rural revitalization.As an important module of rural revitalization,industrial revitalization plays a pivotal role in realizing comprehensive rural revitalization.The Central Government’s "Document No.1" of 2023,"Opinions on the Key Work of Comprehensively Promoting Rural Revitalization in 2023",has made important deployments for high-quality development of rural industries,from enlarging and strengthening the agricultural products processing and distribution industry to accelerating the development of modern rural revitalization.It provides clear guidelines for industrial revitalization in terms of enlarging and strengthening the agricultural products processing and distribution industry,accelerating the development of modern rural service industry,fostering new rural industries and new business models,and cultivating and strengthening the county’s wealthy people industry.In recent years,under the guidance of the central and provincial and municipal agriculture-related departments at all levels,Yaodu District of Linfen City has accelerated the implementation of rural revitalization strategy,sustained development of agricultural and rural economy,steady improvement of agricultural product quality and gradual enhancement of green development capacity,and achieved remarkable results,but there are still some difficult problems that need to be studied and solved,which affect the continuation of agriculture towards high quality.Based on this,the author takes Yaodu District of Linfen City as a sample to conduct an in-depth investigation and research on the revitalization of rural industries in less developed areas.Through finding relevant literature,field visits and surveys,and distributing questionnaires,the author understands the implementation and development of the industrial revitalization strategy in Yaodu District at the present stage,analyzes the difficulties encountered in the implementation of the industrial revitalization strategy in Yaodu District and the reasons for them through theoretical and empirical analyses,and actively explores the development of the industrial revitalization strategy in the areas of diversified main body The survey also explored the solutions in the areas of diversified subjects,transformation and upgrading of agricultural base,integration and development of three industries,and gathering of production factors,and put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions,which are of great significance in promoting Yaodu District to consolidate and enhance the achievements of poverty eradication,promote the integration of agricultural industries,and transform and upgrade traditional agricultural industries to modern agriculture.
