| Industry is the first step in Rural Revitalization.Industrial prosperity is the focus and foundation of rural revitalization.In 2020,the Shandong Provincial Government issued the Action Plan for Promoting the Revitalization of Rural Industry in Shandong Province,aiming at promoting the modernization of planting and breeding industry through the implementation of 17 projects of six major actions,refining the characteristic industries,guiding the processing and circulation of agricultural products to develop in depth,optimizing the rural leisure tourism industry,and expanding the new rural service industry.So as to promote the overall revitalization of rural industries.Therefore,this paper takes the revitalization of rural industry in Wendeng District as the main body of the study,and makes a comprehensive analysis and evaluation of its development status,so as to further clarify the future direction and mode of industrial development in rural areas of Wendeng District,and provide a reference for the government departments of this region and other similar areas to formulate strategic planning for rural revitalization.\n This paper first explores the connotation of industrial revitalization,combs the relationship between rural industrial revitalization and rural revitalization in Wendeng District,and analyzes the current situation of rural industrial revitalization in Wendeng District from four perspectives: rural industrial upgrading,industrial integration,agricultural modernization and diversified support of rural industry.Secondly,combined with the research of domestic experts and scholars on the revitalization of rural industry and the relevant policy requirements,the comprehensive evaluation system of rural industry development in Wendeng District is constructed.The number of selected primary and secondary indicators is 4 and 14 respectively,of which the four primary indicators are rural industrial upgrading,industrial integration,multi-support and agricultural modernization.The development of rural industry in Wendeng District was comprehensively evaluated by entropy method.The results show that the revitalization of rural industry in Wendeng District has been deepening in recent years,and the rural industry has been well developed,but there is still great potential and space for development.Further,this paper uses the grey relational analysis to study the factors affecting the revitalization of rural industry in Wendeng District,and to understand the impact of the revitalization of rural industry on farmers’ income.Through the analysis,it is concluded that the organizational form of rural cooperatives and agricultural modernization have the highest correlation with the per capita disposable income of farmers,so it can be seen that the development of agricultural industrialization has played a great role in driving farmers in decentralized management,helping them to achieve the improvement of income level,and it needs further sustained and intensified development.The indicators with low correlation are concentrated at the level of rural industrial integration,which shows that the whole industrial chain development and regional coverage have not yet been formed in industrial integration.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the revitalization of rural industry in Wendeng District: First,establish a modern agricultural management system;Second,build a new pattern of integrated industrial development;Third,increase the popularization of agricultural science and technology;Fourth,increase financial support for agriculture. |
