Research On The Development Of County-level Agricultural Characteristic Industries From The Perspective Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The 20 th CPC National Congress pointed out that the rural work is still the most arduous task in building a modern socialist country in an all-round way.It is necessary to comprehensively promote rural revitalization,accelerate the construction of an agricultural power,and solidly promote the revitalization of rural industries,talents,culture,ecology and organizations.Rural revitalization is a comprehensive revitalization of the "five-in-one",and industrial revitalization is the most critical part.General Secretary Xi Jinping stressed that "promoting industrial revitalization is the top priority of rural areas and the entry point of practical work",indeed,industrial revitalization has played a positive role in promoting rural economic development and increasing farmers’ income.Characteristic agriculture is an important part of the agricultural industry,which also plays a vital role in increasing farmers’ income and improving agricultural competitiveness.General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that it is necessary to thoroughly understand the "native products",develop local resources based on local water and soil,highlight regional characteristics,create characteristics recognized by consumers and can form competitive advantages,and truly build industries and form clusters.Therefore,in-depth study of the relevant issues in the development of agricultural characteristic industries is conducive to promoting the smooth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,providing theoretical guidance for China’s agricultural development,and accelerating the realization of the goal of agricultural and rural modernization.Guided by the theory of agricultural development by classic writers of Marxism and our party’s important ideas on agricultural development,and guided by the relevant basic theories of rural revitalization,this thesis uses the literature research method,qualitative analysis method and research interview method to analyze and research,follows the research idea of discovering problems-exploring the causes-seeking countermeasures,deeply analyzes the current situation and characteristics of the development of agricultural characteristic industries in Pinghe County,and finds that the problems existing in the development of agricultural characteristic industries in Pinghe County are insufficient integration of three industries.Excess production of agricultural products and challenges to the ecological environment;lack of professional and technical personnel in the industry;The resource integration ability of industrial management organizations is weak and the interest connection is loose;The awareness of product branding is not strong.On this basis,this thesis deeply explores the reasons for the problem: the basic conditions are not perfect and the degree of integration of the three industries is still shallow;Single industrial structure and insufficient development stamina;Insufficient government support and low capital investment;The joint force of industrial entities is not strong;The promotion of agricultural characteristic industries has been hindered and market expansion is difficult.Finally,based on the problems and causes of the development of agricultural characteristic industries in Pinghe County,Fujian Province,this thesis puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to help the development of agricultural characteristic industries in Pinghe,which should focus on the integration of three industries and expand the development space of agricultural characteristic industries.Strengthen the application of science and technology to help the leapfrog development of the agricultural industry;Promote the connection of interests and empower rural revitalization;Promote the construction of agricultural branding and enhance brand competitiveness.
