Research On The Development Of Characteristic Agriculture Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

The 19th national congress of the communist party of China first put forward the strategy of rural revitalization and listed it as one of the seven strategies to be firmly implemented in order to win the decisive victory in building a moderately prosperous society in all respects.The backwardness of rural development is an important manifestation of the inadequate development imbalance,and it is also the main shortcoming that must be made up to realize the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.Implementing the strategy of Rural Revitalization and speeding up the modernization of agriculture and countryside is the most important thing to build a well-off society in an all-round way.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy will promote the all-round development and prosperity of the rural areas,so that the vast number of rural residents can realize the well-off society together with the people of the whole country,and ultimately realize the common prosperity of urban and rural areas and the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.This is also the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics.How to use the existing resource conditions to develop the county economy,to develop a development path in line with local agriculture,and to explore a model for the development of characteristic industries has practical significance for realizing the development of agricultural industrialization.This paper takes Yongning District's characteristic agriculture as the research object,combines the rural revitalization strategy,takes the scale economy,the leading industry choice,and the synergy governance as the theoretical basis.The development model is combed and briefly introduces five modes of characteristic agricultural development:leading enterprises,new cooperative organizations,professional market driving,tourism culture leading,government production and research support,analyzing the characteristics of each model,enumerating examples in the region,and managing from the organization,Financing channels,quality of employees,industrial planning analysis of the problems and causes of industrial development in the region,drawing on the advanced experience of agricultural development at home and abroad,and proposing targeted solutions.That is to strengthen the construction of grassroots organizations,consolidate the foundation of agricultural development,strengthen rural land management,support the development of leading enterprises,develop rural e-commerce,build a platform for agricultural services,strengthen policy propaganda,establish risk prevention mechanisms,and provide reference for the development of characteristic industries in Yongning District.
