| Over the past few years,with the development of Internet technology and the continued improvement of the level of informatization,the development conditions of rural ecommerce are constantly improving.The No.1 central document of the Central Committee in2023 further emphasized the need to increase the construction of county e-commerce system,further implement and improve the promotion of comprehensive demonstration projects of ecommerce in rural areas.It can be seen that the development of rural e-commerce is of great significance and has been highly valued by the country.As a comprehensive demonstration county for the country to promote e-commerce in rural areas,Wen County has made remarkable achievements in developing rural e-commerce to help rural revitalization.In this article,we use research methods such as literature searches,questionnaire surveys and interviews to systematically investigate the development of rural e-commerce in Wenxian County.Based on clarifying relevant concepts and theories,this paper analyzes the advantages,characteristics and effectiveness of developing rural e-commerce in Wen County.Analysis of the survey data and interview records reveals that there are still some issues with the development of rural electronic commerce in Wenxian County,such as imperfect rural ecommerce support policies,inconsistency between rural e-commerce infrastructure and rural demand,weak rural e-commerce supply guarantee capacity,and a shortage of rural e-commerce professionals.And further revealed the reasons for the problems in the development of rural ecommerce in Wenxian County,mainly including in the absence of macro-level guidance and planning for rural e-commerce development by government,due to the lack of financial support for building rural e-commerce infrastructure,an imperfect supply chain system for rural ecommerce products,and an imperfect mechanism for introducing and cultivating rural ecommerce talent.Finally,aiming at the problems and reasons existing in the development of rural e-commerce in Wenxian County,this paper proposes measures to promote the development of rural e-commerce as part of rural regeneration,mainly including establishing a long-term mechanism for rural e-commerce support policies,optimizing the construction of rural ecommerce infrastructure in Wenxian County,strengthening the construction of rural e-commerce security supply capacity in Wenxian County,and increasing the introduction and training of rural e-commerce professionals.Encouraging the scientific and efficient construction of the local rural e-commerce system through measures aimed at improving the development of rural ecommerce within Wenxian County.The research on the development of rural e-commerce in Wen County in the context of rural revitalization has strong practical significance,which can help Wen County effectively address the challenges posed by the "three rural issues" and promote the prosperity of the rural economy in Wen County.At the same time,studying the research ideas and countermeasures for the development of rural e-commerce in Wen County has certain universality for other regions to develop rural e-commerce,and can provide reference value for other regions to solve the difficulties of rural e-commerce development. |
