Analysis On The Development Approach Of Family Farms In Baoying County Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Strategy

With the continuous improvement of productivity level,the traditional form of agricultural production is no longer suitable.At present,the central and local governments attach great importance to the development of family farms.There are many studies on this aspect,but there are few studies on the development of family farms under the background of the strategy of rural revitalization.The concept of"family farm" originated from document No.1 of the Central Committee in 2013,which states that "the transfer of contracted land to farmers'cooperatives,family farms and large professional households should be encouraged and supported." Among them,family farms require agricultural production and operation to be large-scale,intensive and commercialized,and emphasize that agricultural income should be the main source of income for family members.The emergence of this new type of agricultural management body provides a new direction for the realization of agricultural modernization and the promotion of agricultural upgrading.Although some achievements have been made in the development of family farms in Baoying District,there are not many family farms in the real sense of Baoying District,and there are still many obstacles to development.This research is expected according to the actual situation of Baoying area,to explore a development path suitable for the Baoying area for the development of family farms,rich family farm related theory has a certain theoretical significance,has certain practical significance for guiding the development of family farms in Baoying district.Based on the background of Rural Revitalization Strategy,how to develop family farms,the Baoying family farm as the research object,first by the domestic and foreign research dynamic family farms,fully understand the basic meaning of family farms and related concepts,and then using the field survey in Baoying area of the family farm as the research object,summarizes the development status of Baoying district family farms,the main factors affecting the development of Baoying district family farms,with the development of the foreign family farm experience,finally puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.The strategy of Rural Revitalization,from central to local,a series of good policies for benefiting farmers and benefiting farmers have been promulgated,Such as land policy,financing policy.Using these good policies to develop modern family farms has achieved good results.Through the investigation of Baoying family farm basic conditions,business conditions,different types of family farm pure grain family farms of different size operating conditions,financing,loans,development dilemma,found that the development of Baoying district family farms exist in the following problems:the development of family farms in the external environment is still not ideal;support of family farm the development of the policy is still difficult to fall;the farm structure is a single,"sell grain difficult" problem is still larger;the actual demand of agricultural public service supply system and the existence of family farms and festival phenomenon;family farm development funds shortage,financing.The main problems are:lack of problems in the development of family farms,awareness of the existence of attention insufficient;the mechanism of land circulation and management deficiencies;social service and social security is not perfect;the bad quality of the labor force,the lack of talent management technology.To this end,the author puts forward the following suggestions:we must accelerate the construction of land circulation system,improve the land transfer service system;change of development ideas,diversified business structure;cultivating mechanism,improve the comprehensive quality of farmers to build family farmers;strengthen the family farm financial support,increase the intensity of agricultural subsidies;improve the social service system,Support family farm development.
