Over the past few years,the development of the financial industry has reached a higher level and the development of the banking industry has entered a new stage.On the one hand,all kinds of banking institutions continue to expand new outlets,seize market share;Technology,on the other hand,is forcing banks to transform themselves digitally.In the banking industry to accommodate more and more employment population at the same time,the bank internal but there is a wave of youth,resignation,unable to recruit new staff phenomenon.The pressure of internal and external competition has put forward higher requirements for the comprehensive quality of young employees of N Bank.The employees have paid more time and energy for their work,but they have not obtained the same return as their efforts.Employee’s effort is not proportional to the return,so there is job burnout.From the operation data of N Bank in recent years,N Bank ranks behind in the comprehensive performance assessment of the whole bank,and the completion degree of various business indicators has a large gap with the requirements of the superior bank.The salary level of employees decreases year by year,so the employees are dissatisfied with the organization,which leads to job burnout and aggravates the negative impact on the work.Employees’ dissatisfaction is transformed into job burnout,unable to devote themselves to work,affecting N bank’s overall performance and team management.Therefore,it is of practical significance for the development of N Bank to study the problem of job burnout among young employees of N Bank.This thesis takes young employees of N Bank as the research object,comprehensively uses literature analysis,investigation and empirical analysis,summarizes the previous research results,combines with the interview of young employees of N bank,preliminarily judges the current situation of young job burnout in N bank,and concludes that young employees of N bank generally have job burnout,and the degree of burnout is high.According to the interview,the influencing factors of job burnout among young employees of N Bank were preliminarily analyzed.The main factors included more negative emotions that could not be removed,low sense of achievement,high work pressure and difficult job transfer.The questionnaire was used to further analyze the influencing factors of job burnout among young employees of N Bank.Based on the MBI-GS job burnout scale,the questionnaire was designed and issued in combination with the actual situation of N bank.SPSS analysis software was used to analyze and judge the questionnaire results.The factors affecting job burnout in N bank are divided into individual factors,work factors and organizational factors.Based on the analysis results,the corresponding countermeasures and relevant measures to solve the problem are put forward.
