Study On Analysis And Countermeasures Of Job Burnout Of Staff In Handan GS Branch Of ICBC

With the rapid development of the social economy and the gradual in-depth of the financial system reform,Chinese economic financial environment has deeply changed.Facing the rise of internet finance,the competition of external non-banking financial institutions is increasingly competitive.The pressure of competition between commercial banks is increasing day by day,which also makes the work pressure of enterprise employees have increased.As one of the groups with the most serious job burnout,the job burnout of bank employees will have a direct impact on their work efficiency,and the overall performance and team management of Handan GS Branch of ICBC will also be greatly affected.It can be seen that the research carried out in this thesis with GS commercial bank employee burnout as the research objective is of great practical significance.In this thesis,the research object is determined as the employees of Handan GS Branch of ICBC,and all the employees in the grass-roots branch are analyzed.First of all,through a wide range of relevant literature,comb domestic and foreign scholars on the definition of job burnout,influencing factors and countermeasures of the research,summarize domestic and foreign research results.Then,according to the theoretical research of MBI scale and BM scale of job burnout measurement tools,combined with the interview and questionnaire results of GS commercial bank employees,questionnaire survey is designed on the basis of MBI-GS scale,and the questionnaire results are combed and analyzed to learn the status quo and influencing factors of job burnout in GS commercial bank.Finally,combined with the incentive health theory,resource conservation theory,job matching theory related research,from the individual,work and organization of GS commercial bank employee burnout solutions.
