In recent years, along with the deepening of financial reform, competition among banking institutions growing staff of commercial banks especially frontline staff work pressure has reached unprecedented levels. According to China Banking Regulatory Commission 2013 annual report data show that: As of the end of 2013, China’s total banking financial institutions legal entities 3949, employing 355 people. The pressure brought by the work not only damages the health of commercial banks to front-line staff, but also on the quality of their work and life have had a great impact, and even affect the steady and healthy development of the financial sector.The author of Huainan City as a model for the relationship between commercial banks frontline staff work pressure, burnout and turnover intention among the study sought to inherit the results of previous studies on the basis of further exploration and innovation. First, a preliminary understanding of Huainan City Commercial Bank frontline staff working pressure, state burnout and turnover intention, summarize, organize, analyze literature review, on the basis of job stress, burnout and turnover intention understanding of the basic theory, establish research model, and identify research variables to work pressure as independent variables, turnover intention as the dependent variable, burnout as an intermediary variable. Then, select the four furniture representative of commercial banks, randomized 400 frontline staff questionnaires, with SPSS19.0 statistical data analysis, gender, age, education, length of service and other point of view, using a variety of analytical methods to study the relationship among work stress, burnout and turnover intention. Finally, the empirical results verify the author’s research hypothesis, the study summarizes the results further and discuss possible follow-up research.By studying the following conclusions:(1) Huainan City Commercial Bank frontline employees work pressure, burnout and turnover intention in the middle of the following general level, stable staff.(2) Huainan City Commercial Bank frontline employees to work under pressure in interpersonal stress, a positive correlation between the dimensions of work-family conflict and burnout, showing part of a negative correlation between the role of stress and burnout; the dimensions of burnout and turnover intention. showed a positive correlation; the working pressure in the pressure dimension roles negative correlation with turnover intention, the rest of the dimensions showed a positive correlation with turnover intention.(3) Huainan City Commercial Bank frontline staff burnout, and emotional exhaustion, depersonalization(cynicism) intermediary role between interpersonal stress and turnover intention, organizational mechanisms and turnover intention, work-family conflict and turnover intention significantly lower achievement intermediary role between interpersonal stress and turnover intention, work and family conflicts and turnover intention significantly.
