| Agricultural informatization is a key lever in promoting agricultural development and an important component of agricultural and rural work.Promoting agricultural modernization through agricultural informatization is an important measure to achieve rural revitalization and promote high-quality economic and social development in China.In accordance with the decision and deployment of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on deepening agricultural and rural informatization and accelerating the development of "Internet plus" modern agriculture,China will accelerate the construction of agricultural and rural informatization,accelerate the deep integration of modern information technology and agricultural and rural areas,vigorously drive agricultural transformation and upgrading,and improve the quality and efficiency of agricultural development.In order to better formulate policies and measures to promote the development of agricultural informatization in China,it is necessary to have a scientific and accurate judgment and quantitative analysis of the current level of agricultural informatization in China.At present,most of the research on the evaluation of agricultural informatization level both domestically and internationally focuses on performance evaluation with a bias towards perception,lacking empirical analysis;There is no unified indicator system and measurement standard in the academic community for the evaluation of agricultural and rural informatization level;Some evaluation indicators do not conform to the actual situation of agricultural informatization in China,resulting in insufficient effectiveness of the evaluation.In order to conduct a scientific and accurate evaluation of China’s agricultural informatization level,thereby improving the pertinence,scientificity,and effectiveness of policy formulation for agriculture,rural areas,and farmers,it is necessary to construct an agricultural informatization level evaluation model that is in line with China’s national conditions.Therefore,this article takes the development level of agricultural informatization in China as the research object,and establishes an evaluation model of agricultural informatization level with Chinese characteristics based on the AHP model.It quantitatively evaluates the level of agricultural informatization in China,including four main aspects of work.Firstly,the relevant theoretical foundations,research achievements,and practical applications in the field of agricultural informatization were analyzed and summarized.The definition of agricultural informatization was summarized,and the current research status of the development level of agricultural informatization was discussed.A theoretical framework for evaluating agricultural informatization was constructed;Secondly,in response to the issues of randomness,redundancy,and intersection of indicators in the evaluation of agricultural informatization level,based on previous research,representative and typical indicators selected were evaluated from a quantitative perspective,and scientific,concise,and complete agricultural informatization level evaluation indicators that are in line with China’s national conditions were selected,including development foundation,human resource construction 4 primary indicators for technology popularization and application,as well as 15 secondary indicators including internet penetration rate,number of Taobao villages,rural online retail sales,and agricultural,forestry,and water expenditure;The third is to collect and organize a large amount of actual data through reviewing yearbook materials and conducting research visits,and to quantitatively evaluate the level of agricultural informatization using the constructed agricultural informatization evaluation model;Fourthly,conduct a comprehensive analysis of the evaluation results,identify the prominent problems and underlying reasons that constrain the development of agricultural informatization,and propose reasonable ideas and methods to promote the development of agricultural informatization in China. |
