Research On The Adjustment And Evaluation Of Agricultural Industrial Structure In Jianghan Plain Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

The strategy for rural revitalization was first put forward in the report of the 19 th CPC National Congress.Subsequently,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council made a comprehensive plan for the implementation of the strategy and proposed to accelerate the pace of agricultural restructuring.In 2018,Hubei province proposed to build a demonstration area for the revitalization and development of jianghan Plain.The proposal of this strategy provides a good opportunity for the adjustment of agricultural industry in jianghan Plain,a traditional agricultural producing area.However,the advantages of traditional agriculture in Jianghan Plain are gradually lost,the agricultural benefits are not good,and farmers' income is slow.Therefore,how to scientifically construct the evaluation index system of agricultural industrial structure adjustment,reveal the causes of agricultural development and decline in Jianghan Plain,and evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of agricultural industrial structure and its own competitiveness.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to provide an adjustment direction for the agricultural industrial structure of Jianghan Plain and to accelerate the establishment of a demonstration area for the revitalization and development of Jianghan Plain.This paper draws on relevant studies at home and abroad,and USES relevant concepts and theories of rural revitalization strategy and agricultural industrial structure adjustment to elaborate the relationship between rural revitalization strategy and agricultural industrial structure adjustment,and analyzes the status quo and constraints of agricultural industrial structure adjustment in Jianghan Plain.The 20-character "industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,and prosperous life" of the rural revitalization strategy was used as the first-level evaluation index for the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Jianghan Plain.Esteban-marquillas expansion model and projection pursuit model were used to comprehensively evaluate the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure in Jianghan Plain under the background of rural revitalization from 2003 to 2017.The evaluation results show that the overall development speed of agriculture in Jianghan Plain is slow,the distribution of resources is unreasonable,the growth of agricultural industry is poor,and there is no competitive advantage in agriculture.From the strategy of rejuvenating the country,the study period of jianghan plain agricultural industrial structure adjustment,gradually improve the rural revitalization of development play a positive role,at the same time in the process of agricultural industrial structure adjustment of jianghan plain,attaches great importance to the agricultural technology service,and constantly improve the living standards of farmers,but there are still issue such as difference of market orientation.Based on the evaluation results,the paper proposes the following five countermeasures and Suggestions: firstly,adjust the production structure of planting industry and develop the pastoral and fishery industry;Second,give full play to regionaladvantages and develop distinctive agricultural products brands;Third,develop appropriate scale operation of agriculture and promote the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure;Fourth,take the market as the guidance,adjusts the agricultural industry structure positively;Fifth,we will strengthen innovation and services in agricultural science and technology and support the restructuring of agricultural industries.
