| Tourism as a "smokeless industry" is developing forward rapidly. Faced with the changes in the tourism market and emerging new opportunities and challenges, formulation and implementation of the new strategy for tourism development has become an important component in tourism planning.This article first does a more systematic exposition on the tourism development strategy, which involves the definition, nature and characteristics of the strategy, the main theory of strategic management as well as the content related with the strategic planning for tourism. After the elaboration of tourism developmental strategy theory, this paper takes the master plan of tourism development in Hubei Province Daye Aeruginosa Mountain ancient copper mine ruins and the master plan of Buddha Mountain religious and cultural tourism in Tiaranen of Hubei Province as examples, which reflect the tourism development strategy theory in the specific application of the actual circumstances. |
