Reaserch On The Function Transformation Of Supply And Marketing Cooperatives Of The City Of X Under The Backgroud Of Serving "Agriculture,Rural Areas And Farmers"

The issue of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”is the most important issue that Chinese economic and social development is facing.Supply and Marketing Cooperatives has rooted in rural areas for a long time,and its mission is to serve the farmers,it play an extremely important role in the market supply,price stability,and control economic.With the deepening of reform and opening-up,Supply and Marketing Cooperatives suffer a heavy loss,due to policy adjustment is too severe,the system and mechanism are not smooth,several transformation of its function didn’t work well,heavy historical burden,its original advantages in loss,its function also is unable to fully manifests,so become a “marginalized” vulnerable sector,can’t satisfy the need of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Under the background of the construction of socialist new countryside,promote the development of agricultural industrialization,Supply and Marketing Cooperatives enterprises as service for the agriculture economic organizations,it has a decisive role to the agricultural industrialization development,it directly affects the success or failure in their business operations to solve the problem of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.So,r esearch the problem and the reason of inadequate function transformation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives,find a good way to push the function transformation and make it play a important role in “agriculture,rural areas and farmers” is the most important work.This paper analyzes the concepts of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives and theoretical analysis tool by looking up some historical materials,magazines,official websites,policy documents,internal information,using institutional change theory to analyze the reason of the fail of the function transformation,at the same time,combine with the background of “agriculture,rural areas and farmers”,research on the direction of function transformation and the location of function,by investigating and studying the Supply and Marketing Cooperatives of X city,and combine with my work,find out problems and reasons about function transformation,propose solutions.
