The pharmaceutical industry is one of the fastest growing industries in China.The huge market formed by a large population in China,the constantly improved medical security system and the key support of the state make the pharmaceutical industry continue to maintain the growth trend and have a broad prospect.China has formed a relatively complete drug production system and commercial circulation network,with tens of thousands of various pharmaceutical enterprises.In addition,a large number of foreign pharmaceutical giants have accelerated the influx into the Chinese market,exacerbating the brutal market competition.World famous pharmaceutical companies have increased their investment in human and material resources in China,preparing to expand their market share in China.Many local small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises have been acquired and merged.Sales is the most direct and important means for the survival of pharmaceutical enterprises,and all kinds of sales personnel have been the "target" of pharmaceutical enterprises for a long time.The work of the pharmaceutical marketing personnel includes not only the promotion of the pharmaceutical products of the enterprises they work for,but also the establishment of marketing channels and terminal systems for the products of the enterprises in specific areas,and the responsibility for the entire marketing process of the products from the early stage to the market,how to enter the market,promotion to the completion of payment collection.However,in the pharmaceutical industry,the massive loss of pharmaceutical marketing personnel has always been the focus of enterprises,and the high turnover rate of sales personnel has become one of the problems puzzling pharmaceutical enterprises.Taking S Pharmaceutical Company as an example,this paper first systematically collates and summarizes the domestic and foreign literature related to the loss of marketing personnel in enterprises,analyzes and summarizes the loss of marketing personnel in S Pharmaceutical Company and its impact on the basis of comprehensively mastering the relevant definitions and characteristics of employee loss。This article is divided into six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,research significance,and current research status both domestically and internationally;Chapter 2 elaborates on relevant concepts and theoretical foundations;Chapter 3 introduces the current situation and problem analysis of marketing personnel turnover in S Pharmaceutical Company;Chapter 4introduces the analysis of the factors affecting the turnover of marketing personnel in S Pharmaceutical Company;Chapter 5 introduces the countermeasures and suggestions for the loss of marketing personnel in S Pharmaceutical Company;Chapter 6 provides a summary and outlook for the entire article.This article conducts in-depth analysis of the specific factors leading to the turnover of marketing personnel in S Pharmaceutical Company through investigation and research,mainly including the imperfect compensation and incentive system,performance evaluation system,training and promotion system,and poor organizational atmosphere.Propose targeted specific solutions to address the loss of marketing personnel,in order to reduce the flow of marketing personnel,improve the efficiency of enterprise management,and thus enhance the competitiveness of S Pharmaceutical Company.
